**Description**
The IT Infrastructure analyst works as part of a team to ensure network and systems are operating smoothly and efficiently. This position reports to the Network Infrastructure Manager. Responsibilities include:
+ Implement, support, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure including routers, switches, ISE, WLC and WLAN hardware.
+ Provide support for Windows based servers and associated applications, services, and settings
+ Monitor and troubleshoot VMWare environment
+ Provide user support
+ Creation, scheduling and monitoring of system backups
+ Follows policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, license, use, support, security, and backup

**Responsiblities**
The Enterprise Network Services team within the Information Technology directorate is seeking a high-performing individual to join the team as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical support to include installation, operate, monitor, sustain, and secure, firewalls, switches, fabric interconnects, VPN, and access control systems.
+ Optimize firewall (Palo Alto) and load balancer architectures to support secure, scalable, and agile network operations.
+ Respond to network changes, network failures, or modified network diagrams by utilizing a variety of network-related technologies: Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), VPN, device redundancy protocols, other exterior or interior gateway protocols, and Quality of Service (QoS) within an IP network that utilize various methods of encryption and transport security.
+ Implement, maintain, and document Access Control Lists (ACL) in the GCC AOR. Modify all GCC managed network devices on the ACL with no disruption in service. Create, add, delete, audit, and update Deny All/Permit by Exception (DAPE) security policies.
+ Maintain accurate and complete Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) along with Application Layer Filtering records as required.
+ Direct or coordinate analysis and resolution of network hardware, software and wiring problems.
+ Supervise or perform network server administration and direct formulation of related procedures.

**Qualifications**

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implement cloud computing architecture solutions (with a focus on Azure) that address cloud security and compliance fundamentals, deployment automation and elastic sizing of environments and multi-tenant implementations.

**Minimum Requirements:**

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implement cloud computing architecture solutions (with a focus on Azure) that address cloud security and compliance fundamentals, deployment automation and elastic sizing of environments and multi-tenant implementations.
