Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-agnostic infrastructure architectures that support mission objectives across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.

  • Lead technical refresh and modernization initiatives by developing infrastructure roadmaps and solution strategies based on CENTCOM, USSOCOM, and other mission-driven environments.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $115,000 and $140,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10% .

  • Collaborate with the enterprise infrastructure team to develop enterprise-wide standards, processes, and methodologies, ensuring their creation and upkeep.
  • Assist in setting the long-term strategic roadmap affecting design, security, installation, and integration of solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish all corporate-level infrastructure standards and guidelines.
  • Document all aspects of IT Infrastructure and identify opportunities for applications to use shared infrastructure.
  • Refine technical requirements based on business needs, demand, and growth patterns.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/related degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of substantial proven Infrastructure architectural experience
  • Experience in managing third-party contractors/consultants & working in a project management capacity
  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan, and install enterprise solutions involving networking or software technologies.
  • Support life safety systems impacting the public.
  • Assess existing network, software, and current solutions; make recommendations based on product specifications and best cybersecurity practices.

  • Train others on the solution and document it for ongoing support.
  • Provide technical support and assist with the design of infrastructure solutions.

  • Support team efforts for threat hunting and mitigation.
  • Manage time and resource constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on networking experience.
  • 4-year degree in computer science or another technology discipline, or industry certifications with 10+ years of experience. A 4-year degree in a technical discipline is strongly desired.
  • Experience in the technical services and support field, as well as systems and network administration (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewall, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve department service and support objectives for the Transportation Operations Center.
  • Ability to manage medium complexity work efforts and provide limited leadership to others.
