Job Description: Infrastructure Architect - As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, roadmap, and management of infrastructure services. You will work with a team including Infrastructure Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction. You will:

This fully remote role is critical in designing, implementing, and evolving the backbone of our advanced telecommunications network. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and secure network solutions that support a wide range of services, from high-speed internet and mobile communication to enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of modern networking protocols, cloud integration, and emerging technologies such as 5G, SDN/NFV, and cybersecurity best practices. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance network architectures for enterprise and carrier-grade environments.
• Evaluate and select appropriate networking technologies, protocols, and hardware solutions.
• Develop detailed network design documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Lead the integration of new network services and technologies, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement robust security measures and protocols across the network.
• Oversee network capacity planning and performance monitoring to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams.
• Research and stay current with emerging network technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic adoption.
• Develop and implement network automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert guidance for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with a strong focus on telecommunications infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, MPLS, and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Expertise in network security principles, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and DDoS mitigation.
• Familiarity with SDN/NFV, 5G core network design, and other next-generation network technologies.
• Proficiency in network simulation and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
