Auria is looking to hire a System Administrator (Infrastructure & Maintenance) to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO - Schriever Space Force Base.
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.
The candidate will work on the Global Infrastructure team and assist in maintaining and supporting a hyperconverged infrastructure. They will primarily work with multiple operating systems and specific development toolsets.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Plan and schedule multiple groups in building out the construction of labs, equipment, including:
- Rack
- Space
- Power
- Add engineering rigor to the process for the Network Engineers, System Admins, and cyber in support of projects and milestones
- Work with CM to ensure all processes are being met and captured
- Execute System Administration role in a customer-premises cloud environment
- Support Cloud-based solutions/implementations
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:

- Experience with tools such as:
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Shell scripting
- Experience automating the buildout of VMs using Nutanix, VMware

Under the Infrastructure Maintenance Office of the California High-Speed Rail Authority, the Infrastructure Maintenance Advisor supports maintenance planning, delivery, and oversight across guideways, bridges, track systems, support facilities, and maintenance-of-way infrastructure. Acting as a key technical advisor, you will help ensure that critical infrastructure assets remain structurally sound, safe, compliant, and in operational readiness post-construction.
Position Responsibilities
+ Advise Infrastructure Maintenance leadership on maintenance best practices, strategic planning, and continuous improvement for HSR guideways, structures, and facilities
+ Provide technical guidance on infrastructure preservation including inspection protocols, preventative maintenance schedules, and long-term asset performance
+ Conduct site visits to construction and maintenance zones, assess structural integrity, evaluate repair needs, and collaborate with delivery teams on corrective actions

**Basic Job Requirements**

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, (CARE, RPM, GCPM), meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs and assembling bed frames, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, replacing light fixtures, and inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests' service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
