Cloud Infrastructure Manager, Identity

This operational and analytical position will play an instrumental role in the implementation and day to day management of key SaaS based enterprise solutions at LA 2028. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure, you will work with departmental project stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the implementations, project-based tasks, and day-to-day management of key enterprise SaaS tools, including, but not limited to User account lifecycle, Application account lifecycle and other Identity and Access management solutions like PAM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SaaS implementations with customized criteria tailored for the needs of the organization or functional area
  • Evaluate the latest IAM trends and technologies to support organizational capabilities and requirements, and identify necessary system advancements or additions
  • Plan and manage application projects, overseeing requirements gathering, business process mapping, system selection and all technical aspects of the implementation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Enterprise tools and business systems.
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to streamline processes, create workflows and build automations within the ecosystem.
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure integrations of B2B processes are maintained functional, active and monitored
  • Work closely with other departments, including Apps, Architecture, Cyber, and other functional areas, to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
  • Contribute and execute IAM strategies that align with the organization's security policies and business objectives
  • Participate in assessing, refining, and executing on future business requirements for SaaS systems
  • Develop documentation and standard operating procedures to help manage SaaS and enterprise application requests
Background & Qualifications:

Background and Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Entra or equivalent IdP
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience as MS365 administrator, preferably in the IT department of a company, or as a systems administrator of other similar business applications
  • Experience in leading or actively participating in the implementation of SaaS applications
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical implementations.
  • Possess technical project management skills to prioritize initiatives, control scope, manage issues and risks, and deliver on time
  • Familiar with best practices implementation of workflows, validations, triggers, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of API, Web Service Calls, e-mail integrations, SAML. Oauth, OIDC
  • Experience with structured deployments including user acceptance testing and release management
  • Fluent in project management frameworks and the use of tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Mondays or MS Project
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Ability to work on-site in an open office environment based in Los Angeles, CA
Position Requirements:
Education:
  • CCNA or equivalent
  • ITIL v4 or equivalent for IT service management
  • Microsoft or equivalent IT certifications are a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $115,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.

The Data Center Technology Manager will develop and implement processes and procedures that are consistent with industry best practices managing data centers and will be able to define procedures directly related to the activities listed below without supervision. Additionally, and while working within the data center team structure and within its standards, regularly takes initiative to define and propose process improvements and exhibits personal ownership of assigned projects and maintenance roles.
+ Manage a Data Center Operations Team responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of data center hardware and infrastructure.
+ Ensureselectrical, HVAC, and other data center environmental systems are routinelymonitoredand warning and alarms are timely inspected and triaged.
+ Develop and manage processes which support efficient equipment installations (servers, switches, routers and storage), timely equipment repair and upgrades, rapid troubleshooting of issues with hardware and Linux OS, and tracking issues, reporting and managing key metrics.
+ Maintain complete and accurate inventories of all data center assets, configurations, cable plant layout etc. in banks CMDB and other systems as required.
+ Tracks when preventative maintenance on environmental systems are due, schedules and assists vendors with PMs, and assists data center manager with timely renewal of PM contracts. Identifies improved service levels for current vendors and looks for superior alternative vendors.
+ Regularly validates server room access authorization and assists in recommending and implementing improvements to the security systems.
+ Maintain budgetary responsibility for all data center and infrastructure capital and operational costs ensuring that costs remain within budget and capital investments while maintaining uptime, supportability and adequate capacity.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
