- Collaborate with geotechnical engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project solutions.
- Oversee construction activities related to structural elements, providing engineering support and resolving design issues.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments as required.
- Mentor and guide junior structural engineers, fostering their professional development.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for structural engineering tasks.
- Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management.
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in the design of steel, concrete, and composite structures.
- Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RISA).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, bridge design codes, and relevant industry standards.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with construction administration and site support is highly desirable.
