RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, business operations, or process improvement.

Technical Skills

SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $132,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

We are looking for a creative and curious Packaging Innovation Manager to join our R&D team in Stamford, CT. This full-time, hybrid position (3 days onsite weekly) is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level professional with a passion for hands-on prototyping and design-forward packaging development. You'll serve as a critical link between marketing vision, creative concepts, and technical execution-turning early-stage ideas into real, tangible solutions. Working with an experienced team of packaging experts, you'll own our prototyping capabilities and collaborate cross-
functionally with brand teams, procurement, external suppliers, and creative agencies to shape the future of our packaging pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support new packaging development for future-facing innovation programs, particularly in
convenience (RTD/RTS/new formats)

- Create and refine digital 3D models using tools like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and Blender
- Print, assemble, and deliver functional packaging mockups and concept models
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and suppliers throughout development
- Manage external contractors for supplemental 3D and design support
- Identify and explore new packaging technologies for long-term application

**Experience & Background**

This person will play a role in driving change in how we innovate as a beverage business, focusing on a consumer and design-centric model that is nimble and agile. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Insights & Innovation Manager is a high visibility, high accountability cross-functional leadership role driving both new product development and consumer understanding for the division.
