KEY JOB DUTIES:

REQURIED SKILLS:
+ Effective and efficient organization and planning skills with the proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects or multiple concurrent client engagements, while delegating and overseeing the work of junior team members.
+ Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations resulting in measurable performance improvement and successful organizational change.
+ Impactful and professional written and verbal communication set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence key stakeholders inclusive of client and internal senior leadership.
+ Ability to collaborate with team members and client counterparts to understand business challenges, adapt implementation methodologies and approaches to ensure results align with client's business objectives.
+ Team leadership experience including building talent, training, supervising, coaching/mentoring, and performance management.

Qualifications
+ Solid understanding and working knowledge of EOC-, LS- and HR- related Federal, State and Local codes, standards and regulatory requirements applicable to critical-care hospitals, MOBs and standalone/offsite clinics in California utilizing TJC (preferred) for accreditation purposes.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and capacities.
+ Outstanding personal ability to develop and maintain trust, rapport, and strong working relationships with a large and diverse group of internal stakeholders and both internal/external service providers at all levels.

+ Provides project management for full project life cycle of complex, top-priority operational projects

**_What Health System Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Health System Pharmacy is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes.
**_Job Summary_**
The Pharmacy Technician provides assistance to the Pharmacist in the daily operations of the pharmacy. Activities include the preparation of and filling of prescriptions, taking pharmacy inventory and processing product returns. The Technician II, Health Systems Pharmacy ensures that all orders are reviewed by a registered pharmacist and records all activity in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. This job frequently communicates with customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment of all orders.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Assists pharmacists in filling prescription orders as permitted by State Boards of Pharmacy.
+ Communicates with all customers (patients, clinics, caregivers, physicians, and coworkers) in an amicable and professional manner.
+ Inputs patient data and prescription information into the pharmacy information management system.
+ Maintains knowledge of and abides by all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
**_Qualifications_**
+ 1-2 years of experience, preferred
+ High School diploma, or GED, required
+ Pharmacy technician certification (Texas) or technician in training in good standing
+ Must Reside in State of Texas

**Training And Work Schedules** : Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 6:00am- 7:00pm CST.
**Remote Details:**
You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:
+ Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable.

**Anticipated hourly range:** $18.90 per hour - $27 per hour
