**Responsibilities**
Supervise the daily activities of the pharmacy staff. May perform the duties of a Pharmacist.
+ Schedule and assign daily work assignments for pharmacy staff.
+ Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations, and apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures within span of control.
+ Act as liaison between department and other hospital departments, physicians and external customers in matters relating to pharmacy operations.
+ Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that procedures and policies comply with organizational, federal, state and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
+ 1 year of experience required.

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $145,500 - $203,900
