Construction Site Environment -

• These role involve exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, lift and grab; reach with hands and arms; push and pull; climb and balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; see andhear. You will be exposed to high noise levels. You will also experience outside weather conditions.

Job Description:
Gather market information & perform product analyses on assigned products, manage product profitability & monitor financial performance. Assists with development, execution, and tracking of product campaigns by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus, in-depth knowledge of products.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and daily resolution of client inquiries within the Deposits Offers Execution Team.Key responsibilities will include investigating daily incoming client inquiries, resolving Market Leader and Executive Complaints, managing service requests received from various channels, determining outcomes, and making appropriate dispositions. Job expectations include handling complex and escalated cases that may have a large monetary value or significant reputational risk.Additional responsibilities include creating and delivering monthly reporting illustrating volume, root causes, opportunities, and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with resolving complex, time sensitive client inquiries regarding Deposit Incentive Offers
• Handles escalations received from business partners by providing clean concise communication and responses
• Contributes to improving process efficiencies by supporting the review and validation of departmental procedures and client feedback
• Performs routine or complex account research depending on inquiry type
• Maintains Service Level Agreements even during high-volume scenarios
• Works directly with business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
