We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Regional Support Coordinator to join our team in Commerce.
This role will work directly with the Regional Operations Manager to support the success of the region's outside sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and collaboration.
**Monday-Friday 7am-330pm**
**$23-$25 hour (depending on experience)**

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between the Regional Operations Manager and the outside sales team.
+ Provide daily administrative and sales support to ensure the regional team meets its goals.
+ Process sales orders, generate quotes, and assist with pricing and product availability inquiries.
+ Communicate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure excellent service.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and sales activities in the CRM system.
+ Prepare and distribute sales reports, territory updates, and performance metrics as needed.
+ Coordinate logistics for customer deliveries, product returns, and other order-related tasks.
+ Assist in organizing regional meetings, sales training sessions, and other team activities.
+ Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional materials and customer communications.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (preferably in a similar industry).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
