As a Sales Account Manager at PLUGplay HEMP, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts by maintaining strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from onboarding to order fulfillment and post-sale support. Your ability to manage client expectations, deliver exceptional service, and drive consistent revenue will be key to your success in this role.
This role requires extensive travel throughout the Midwest and East Coast, including states such as Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and New Hampshire. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- • Serving as the main liaison between PLUGplay HEMP and assigned client accounts.
- • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- • Understanding client needs, preferences, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.
- • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the cannabis space.
- • Visit retail accounts at least once a month to maintain strong relationships and assess brand presence.

Order Coordination and Fulfillment

What You Will Do
- Function as the point of contact for key Medtech customers for Phillips-Medisize, providing leadership on the commercial relationship.
- Assist in the strategic development of existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with warm and cold calling techniques to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with ISO standards relevant to the medical devices sector is a plus.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pomona, CA for an E-commerce Sales Manager. The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end performance of assigne e-commerce retail channels including Walmart, Target, Khol's, Home Depot and Amazon. This role demands full P&L ownership and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, protect margins, and lead cross-functional initiatives that impact account success.

P&L Ownership & Strategic Planning
- Own the financial performance of assigned accounts
- Manage forecasts, margin improvement, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy to achieve targets
Account Leadership
- Lead cross-functional execution plans across operations, marketing, and creative

Product Selection & Catalog Strategy

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and financial understanding; experience managing P&Ls (Required)

IDT is a leading communications and financial services company looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Representatives / RAMs. In this role, you will be responsible for sales of specified telecom and financial services products in an assigned geographical territory. RAMs develop a weekly cycle to sell IDT Retail products into retail via a designated route established by his/her Regional Sales Manager.
