The **Quality Control Inspector Supervisor** will be overseeing the quality control inspection activities to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of the company's medical devices. This role is expected to provide technical and supervisory leadership and mentoring to the quality control inspectors and provides support to management. This job is expected to work onsite. Must have working knowledge of U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Oversee all activities related to quality control inspection, including product inspection, incoming material inspection, and management of quarantined materials.
+ Perform scheduling and delegation of duties for the quality control inspection team.
+ Coordinates production activities with Operations teams and schedules QC personnel to support these activities across weekend shifts.
+ Communicate with operations to ensure the priorities needed for production are covered.
+ Responsible for reviewing and approving QC results, including incoming and in-process inspections.
+ Reports any non-conformances in a timely manner.
+ Author and/or support non-conformance and CAPA investigations as required.
+ Author or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Participates in FDA inspections, ISO certifications, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
+ Interpret and work within the guidelines of drawings, specifications, charts, procedures, and other data to determine product or material acceptance.
+ Maintain GMP documentation and adhere to Good Documentation Practices.
+ Read and interpret sampling plan as per the American National Standard Institute (ANSI).
+ Oversees physical and electronic quarantine locations.
+ Provides staff with leadership, support, and mentoring. Conducts performance reviews for lab personnel, holds regular team meetings, and provides training to junior staff as needed.
+ May also perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or related fields is desired.
+ 7+ years of relevant GMP/GLP laboratory experience in regulated industry, with supervisory and/or project leadership experience.
+ Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively present at staff and department meetings.
+ Knowledge of MS Office Suite
+ Knowledge of Oracle R12 and/or Agile PLM preferred.

Salary Pay Range:

What You Will Do
- Setup in-process, and final inspection of components and products using optical and mechanical measurement or test equipment.
- Assist operators in reviewing and containing product quality by initiating rejection (non-conforming) reports and leading containment activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. **Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for amazingly talented **Structural Inspection Quality Control (SIQC) Engineers** for QC of field inspections and reports by structural inspection teams.
Responsibilities include:
+ 100% QC/review of inspection reports
+ 10% witness/QC of field inspections
+ 5% QC of field inspections after the inspection is performed
Note: Percentages may be adjusted during the course of the work.
The SIQC Engineers will assist the Lead SIQC Engineer, maintenance, and engineering teams with input to the Structural Asset Management Plan, which is currently in development.
Additionally, the SIQC Engineers shall be required to work during hours to coincide with and support much of the inspection work occurring during nights and weekends as necessary.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Achieve and maintain full familiarity with structures inspection manual and procedures to help ensure compliance with those documents.
+ Provide QC/review of inspection reports, perform witness/QC of field inspections, and QC of field inspections after the inspection is performed per the percentages identified above with possible adjustments during the course of performing the required QC.
+ Observe and accurately report on regular QC activities at various work sites.
+ Perform as a technical resource by providing guidance on inspection best practices to the inspectors.
+ Develop and support QC inspection process improvements.
+ Provide reports generated from inspection report outputs to assist the Program Director and maintenance engineering teams on prioritized maintenance and renewal recommendations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or designee to ensure successful and reliable inspections and documentation of the inspections
**What Required Skills** **You'll** **Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural is required and 4+ years of experience.
+ A minimum requirement of three (3) years of hands-on structural inspection and testing experience on major transit system structures.
+ Capability to perform QC of structural inspections related to:- Bridge spans;- Tunnels;- Culverts;- Stations;- Fences;- Retaining walls and shafts;- May include - S&I Pits, bus garages, and parking garages;- Other structures as requested.
+ Experience in structural inspection testing
+ Ability to identify and recommend the most applicable non-destructive (NDT) and destructive testing methods
+ Experience using inspection tools such as the "D-Meter" and other NDT tools such as Dye Penetrant.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate schedules with on-site structural inspection crews and provide detailed and accurate QC reporting on field inspection tasks and inspection reports
+ Proposed EITs must possess the following certifications:
+ FHWA-NHI- Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges is required.
+ FHWA-NHI- Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges is preferred but not required
+ Must be able to work in confined spaces.
+ Must be able to pass a government background check.
+ Must be able to work predominantly during night and weekend shifts (and Holidays as required)
+ Must have reliable transportation and must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for amazingly talented **Structural Inspection Quality Control (SIQC) Engineers** for QC of field inspections and reports by structural inspection teams.
Responsibilities include:
+ 100% QC/review of inspection reports
+ 10% witness/QC of field inspections
+ 5% QC of field inspections after the inspection is performed
Note: Percentages may be adjusted during the course of the work.
The SIQC Engineers will assist the Lead SIQC Engineer, maintenance, and engineering teams with input to the Structural Asset Management Plan, which is currently in development.
Additionally, the SIQC Engineers shall be required to work during hours to coincide with and support much of the inspection work occurring during nights and weekends as necessary.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Achieve and maintain full familiarity with structures inspection manual and procedures to help ensure compliance with those documents.
+ Provide QC/review of inspection reports, perform witness/QC of field inspections, and QC of field inspections after the inspection is performed per the percentages identified above with possible adjustments during the course of performing the required QC.
+ Observe and accurately report on regular QC activities at various work sites.
+ Perform as a technical resource by providing guidance on inspection best practices to the inspectors.
+ Develop and support QC inspection process improvements.
+ Provide reports generated from inspection report outputs to assist the Program Director and maintenance engineering teams on prioritized maintenance and renewal recommendations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or designee to ensure successful and reliable inspections and documentation of the inspections
**What Required Skills** **You'll** **Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural is required and 4+ years of experience.
+ A minimum requirement of three (3) years of hands-on structural inspection and testing experience on major transit system structures.
+ Capability to perform QC of structural inspections related to:- Bridge spans;- Tunnels;- Culverts;- Stations;- Fences;- Retaining walls and shafts;- May include - S&I Pits, bus garages, and parking garages;- Other structures as requested.
+ Experience in structural inspection testing
+ Ability to identify and recommend the most applicable non-destructive (NDT) and destructive testing methods
+ Experience using inspection tools such as the "D-Meter" and other NDT tools such as Dye Penetrant.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate schedules with on-site structural inspection crews and provide detailed and accurate QC reporting on field inspection tasks and inspection reports
+ Proposed EITs must possess the following certifications:
+ FHWA-NHI- Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges is required.
+ FHWA-NHI- Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges is preferred but not required
+ Must be able to work in confined spaces.
+ Must be able to pass a government background check.
+ Must be able to work predominantly during night and weekend shifts (and Holidays as required)
+ Must have reliable transportation and must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license

+ Preferable to have the following knowledge and credentials:
+ FHWA-NHI- Tunnel Safety Inspection
+ National Tunnel Inspection Standards (NTIS)

The Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution of all day-to-day Fire Sprinkler Service coordination for the Plant City office. You will work with a team comprised of a customer service administrative representative and service and inspection technicians.
