ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be thoroughly familiar with all applicable regulations and company manuals, as required.
- Be familiar with all necessary tooling, inspection aids, and techniques necessary to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Clearly identify and document condition definitions of all discrepancies discovered during inspection functions and make the required maintenance entries.
- Ensure that no defective, unserviceable, or un-airworthy parts are used on any components or articles released by Aspire MRO.
- Prioritize daily work assignments according to schedule to the assigned inspection personnel.
- Conduct ongoing surveillance of work in progress and of the facility to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, guidelines established by the company, regulatory agencies, and the Aspire MRO RSQCM.
- Inspect all work supplied from outsourced certificated/uncertificated contractors to ensure that all materials supplied are within Aspire MRO and/or FAA acceptable standards.
- Notify the Chief Inspector in a timely manner of any quality concerns and/or items related to airworthiness, to include making the appropriate maintenance entry on the associated document(s), as required.
- Initiates FAA Form (SUP's), as required.
- Initiates FAA Form 8070-1 (Service Difficulty Report), as required.
- Coordinate with production supervisory personnel to determine the priority areas requiring inspection to maintain continuity for required inspections.
- Shall ensure the requirements of the RSQCM are properly communicated and followed.
- When Aspire MRO requires working multiple shift operations shall ensure the Shift Turnover Report clearly communicates any pertinent information and maintain communication and continuity from shift to shift. Ensures that the turnovers are completed post shift (all Shifts) and filed daily.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Airframe & Power Plant license
- 5+ years of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- FAR 145 Quality Control Maintenance knowledge or experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in indoor and, occasionally, outdoor settings. The indoor settings include office and warehouse/airplane hangar environments which require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and safety gear. The outdoor settings include airplane runways and parking lots. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Occasionally subject to varying inside and/or outside temperatures, which may include extreme heat (temperatures above 100 degrees) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32 degrees).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Oversee all activities related to quality control inspection, including product inspection, incoming material inspection, and management of quarantined materials.
+ Perform scheduling and delegation of duties for the quality control inspection team.
+ Coordinates production activities with Operations teams and schedules QC personnel to support these activities across weekend shifts.
+ Communicate with operations to ensure the priorities needed for production are covered.
+ Responsible for reviewing and approving QC results, including incoming and in-process inspections.
+ Reports any non-conformances in a timely manner.
+ Author and/or support non-conformance and CAPA investigations as required.
+ Author or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Participates in FDA inspections, ISO certifications, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
+ Interpret and work within the guidelines of drawings, specifications, charts, procedures, and other data to determine product or material acceptance.
+ Maintain GMP documentation and adhere to Good Documentation Practices.
+ Read and interpret sampling plan as per the American National Standard Institute (ANSI).
+ Oversees physical and electronic quarantine locations.
+ Provides staff with leadership, support, and mentoring. Conducts performance reviews for lab personnel, holds regular team meetings, and provides training to junior staff as needed.
+ May also perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or related fields is desired.
+ 7+ years of relevant GMP/GLP laboratory experience in regulated industry, with supervisory and/or project leadership experience.
+ Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively present at staff and department meetings.
+ Knowledge of MS Office Suite
+ Knowledge of Oracle R12 and/or Agile PLM preferred.

You will work with a team comprised of a customer service administrative representative and service and inspection technicians. In this role you will ensure we are meeting our clients' expectations while at the same time striving to achieve the branch, district and company goals.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide timely, accurate sprinkler labor forecasting
+ Ensure on time Inspection, Testing and Maintenance contracts are reviewed, tasked, scheduled, and executed to meet the life safety needs of our clients
+ Responsible for the Service Coordination and ensure timely work order completion
+ Effective collaboration and communication with all Impact Fire managers and staff across the branch and district
+ Maintain positive, proactive, and effective communication with customers at all times
+ Offer flexible and helpful customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
+ Promote & maintain awareness and compliance of H&S procedures and standards
+ Collaborate with Safety support services to effectively assist and promote new initiative implementation
+ Provide Sales contract review and support
+ Contribute to building a high-performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively
+ Must be able to maintain attention to detail, and deliver a quality service to our customers.
+ Adapt to the ever-changing business climate of our business.
+ Possess the willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
**JOB EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 5+ years related fire sprinkler service administration experience
+ Understand cost and billings
+ Be comfortable working with and processing paperwork timely
+ Possess a working understanding and willingness to learn leadership principles and best practices
+ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Equipment provided includes a simple tool set, flashlight, gas detector, field binder, ID badges, and safety gear. Technicians must report to job sites using their own vehicle and will receive daily routes via a handheld tablet.
