Amazon is looking for an Infrastructure Delivery STORM Installation Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. This team will be responsible for traveling up to 90% of expected work weeks to regions across AMER. The team will operate by flying in to support Clusters capacity needs for our customers. You will work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment to drive the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks and assist in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale our network.
To be successful in this role you should possess technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. In addition, you must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. You will be able to leverage your experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy. the ability to communicate and be present for team assignments across AMER will be critical for success.
Additionally, all candidates should be willing to work both independently and with a team. Travel up to 90% of the working hours to new regions. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.

Basic Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and products.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
- Get electrical systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
- Meet (or exceed) goals with expert service.
- Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried
- Licensed and savvy with local electrical codes turning on-the-job know-how into action
- Proven track record in electrical techniques, including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
