Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of vinyl wraps on vehicles, commercial fleets, walls, windows, and other surfaces. You must have an eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
Prepare surfaces for vinyl application (cleaning, measuring, trimming)
Strong Knife skills
Apply vinyl wraps to vehicles and other substrates (cars, trucks, trailers, windows, etc.)
Has experience with a variety of materials (cast & calendared vinyl, color change wrap film, PPF, decals, etc.)
Ensure all wraps are installed with precision—free of bubbles, wrinkles, and misalignments
Assist with vehicle disassembly/reassembly if required (mirrors, trim, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Responsibilities
3+ years of vinyl wrap installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Knowledge of industry brands & materials including 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon, Orafol, etc.
Ability to work with wrap tools including knives, squeegees, tapes, heat gun, knife tapes, etc…
Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and time management skills
Coordinate with staff designers, project managers, & installers to ensure due dates are met. Be accountable for mistakes, be a self-starter and take ownership of role
A team player who takes on additional tasks and doesn’t hesitate to help coworkers
Complete all paperwork and data entry immediately after jobs are finished

What You Will Do:
- Install aftermarket parts and products; perform testing to verify operational standards.
- Educate customers on maintaining/following a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Perform scheduled and on-demand maintenance per service work orders.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; implement repair solutions.
- Prepare quotes and sales orders for spare parts and consumables.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation of all work performed.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, service performed, and proactive recommendations to improve up-time.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Travel domestically and internationally for training, installation, and service assignments.
- Assist in other service-related duties as needed.
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical skills, including conveyor repairs, leveling, and replacement of wear items (bearings, chains, sprockets, etc.).
- Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting low-voltage systems, electrical panels, and 480V power.
- Proficiency with pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with ABB and Fanuc robotic systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, multi-meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Flexible availability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the year throughout North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico); 90% of travel in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Saab, Inc. is seeking experienced Field Service Representatives with technical background and experience in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or repairing Radars, Air and Missile Defense, Command and Control (C2), or other advanced weapons systems. This hands-on role requires extensive short-notice travel, with some assignments lasting more than two months. Candidates must be able to work effectively in demanding operational environments, both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical problem-solving skills, a desire to help others, and comfort training customers in both formal and on-the-job settings. Experience in a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) supporting advanced weapons systems such as: 14X, 1CX, 1D7, 1Z3, 2171, 2848, 2887, Electronics Technician or Fire Controlman. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge defense technologies and contribute directly to mission success.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems utilizing manuals, schematics, and reach back support for various electro/mechanical issues that may arise.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues independently or in collaboration with others.
Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design and software engineering teams.
Serving as the primary interface with customers while on site.
Supporting other company functional areas such as customer installation and training.
Delivering training to customers on the operation and maintenance of Saab products.
Compensation Range: $70,200 - $87,800

Skills and Experience:Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma, or BA/BS degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
2+ years of experience in a related field OR 4+ years of relevant military service as an Air Defense or Battle Management system operator/maintainer.
Must hold, or have previously held, a U.S. DoD SECRET Clearance.
Must be capable of lifting and removing/replacing components weighing up to 50 pounds.
Desired Qualifications :
Experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing complex weapon and/or command and control components.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance actions in accordance with established procedures.
Ability to identify, develop, and execute system troubleshooting or maintenance actions that go beyond the scope of written procedures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to diagnosing and repairing radar components, hardware, and operating systems.
Proficiency with common diagnostic test equipment, including digital multimeters (DMM) and oscilloscopes.
Recognizes performance degradation and provides actionable recommendations to restore or enhance system efficiency.
