Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational efficiency.
- Create and implement strategic plans aimed at expanding markets, diversifying product offerings, and driving overall growth.
- Lead sales initiatives by identifying prospects, preparing quotes, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and carrier representatives.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and oversee commission structures.
- Drive client engagement through onboarding, training programs, and retention strategies.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop marketing initiatives and strengthen the agency's brand presence.
- Undertake regular travel, accounting for approximately 50% of the role's responsibilities. Requirements - Proven track record of leadership experience in the insurance industry, ideally as an Agency Principal, Owner, or General Manager.
- Active insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Surplus Lines.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities paired with solid business acumen.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and team building.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and related platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio across multiple insurance carriers.

**Basic Qualifications:**
