**Summary of the Role:**
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our firm. The Account Manager will be responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and maintaining a partnership with carriers to support business development activities while upholding high service standards.
**This position can be located anywhere in the US.**
These duties include but are not limited to:
+ Maintaining relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.
+ Cross selling products to potential customers
+ Managing established book of accounts
+ Negotiating renewals for existing customers
+ Obtaining information and documentation from new and existing clientsProcessing endorsements for client's and issuing certificates
+ Resolving customer issues
+ Collaboration with the Associate Account Managers through the renewal and endorsement processes
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities;**
+ Approved State Licenses needed
+ Independently manages accounts on a day-to-day basis which includes coordinating all services, answering all questions, and resolving problems, which may arise; maintains timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients
+ Negotiates and secures the most appropriate carrier coverage based upon client needs for new and renewal business and negotiating cost of those coverages; maintains ongoing relationships with carrier product managers.
+ Makes decisions regarding the resolution of all moderate and complex customer service problems: research and resolve coverage issues, audit issues, billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Solely responsible for having an understanding of assigned accounts in order to give proper advice for changing situations, which may require modifications to existing coverage.
+ Uses specific industry training and knowledge to determine the needs of the client and identify cross-selling opportunities; expands/rounds-out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending and implementing proper coverage.
+ Researches and maintains industry knowledge of developing trends regarding carrier underwriting, appetite and pricing changes. Applies knowledge to negotiation of policies to provide best comprehensive coverage to clients.
+ Solely responsible for having an understanding of assigned accounts in order to give proper advice for changing situations, which may require modifications to existing coverage.
+ Collaboration with the Associate Account Managers to ensure that basic Client Services tasks have been completed and all renewal documentation is complete.
+ Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

+ Appropriate insurance agent's license required
**Computer Skills:** Word processing, spreadsheets, email software and other related programs. Comfortable working with 3rd Party or Agency management systems, Various Web Applications, Client or Insureon Agent portals and other related online applications.
**Physical Demands or Requirements:** This role requires sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time, while working in a dedicated office space in your home environment.

A growing agency is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager that will drive account retention and growth while delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, assessing risks, and providing top-tier insurance solutions.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for servicing a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Handle incoming service requests from clients and promptly address their inquiries or concerns.Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business.Prepare comprehensive and high-quality insurance submissions to carriers on behalf of clients or prospects.Review and analyze quotations received from carriers to identify the most suitable options for clients' insurance needs.Create professional and accurate insurance proposals for presentation to clients.Develop concise and informative summaries for existing clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their insurance coverage.Review endorsements to verify accuracy and compliance with clients' insurance requirements.Coordinate and order loss runs as needed for client accounts.Assist clients during premium audits and handle disputes if necessary.Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as required by clients.Perform thorough contract reviews to identify insurance requirements and ensure compliance.Prepare timely and well-structured binders and invoices upon binding of coverage, including securing premium financing when needed.Verify the accuracy of newly issued policies before delivering them to clients.Maintain excellent communication with clients, carriers, producers, and team members in a professional and timely manner.Utilize the client management system to update policies, log client meetings and activities, and manage follow-ups efficiently.Prioritize and manage your workload efficiently.Stay up to date with industry trends, maintain relevant certifications, and complete assigned training.Stay informed about underwriting requirements and authority outlined by each carrier to provide accurate information to clients. Qualifications/RequirementsDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.Possesses a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and demonstrates the ability to provide expert advice to clients.Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.An active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.Professional insurance designations are a plus.Required Agency Management System Experience: EPIC7+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.Holds at least one professional designation or has comparable job experience.Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.Compensation PackageCompensation: Between $80K-$100K (based on experience).Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.Hybrid work schedule available.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-UJ1
