About the Role:

To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Warehouse Operations & Maintenance Lead to work out of their Abingdon, MD facility in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Command and Control CBRN Response Enterprise (C2CRE-A) mission.

What You Will Do:
Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors. In this role you will have the opportunity to:
+ Assist the PM with Program/Facility Management & Forecasting Program/Facility costs.
+ Manage a maintenance and warehouse operations team.
+ Provide Warehouse Management Support (44,000 Sq Ft facility).
+ Conduct Inventories.
+ Track Authorized Stock Levels (ASL).
+ Creating and actioning WO's for durables and consumables of ASL shortages, push package equipment and requests from supported units.
+ Conducting Packaging and Shipping actions.
+ Conducting Receiving and Transferring actions.
+ Conducting Shelf-Life Management.
+ Creation of Load Plans to support bulk equipment movements.
+ All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
What We're Looking For:
+ 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
+ Warehouse Logistics experience.
Preferred Requirements
+ Military background.
+ Degree in supply chain management.
+ Familiarization with using Logistic Information System(s).
+ Managed Government and Contractor Acquired Property.
Physical Requirements
+ Able to work in warehouse and field locations / environments.
+ Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Purpose:Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of steel from receiving to warehouse to shipping. MoDuties:
* Receives orders, loads and process steel distribution.* Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.* Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.* Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.* Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.* Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.* Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Leeco Steel is a leading supplier of steel plate from the premier mills worldwide. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an additional Warehouse Operator and Part Cleaners for our Alvarado, TX location. Previous experience with kinetic, burning, cutting or cleaning parts would be ideal.
Responsible for accurate machine operation and burning.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
1. Verifies plate size, heat number, and grade of material prior to cutting.
2. Operates Burning Machine to produce flame-cut profiles meeting customer order requirements.
3. Cuts test piece to ensure size and dimensional tolerance.
4. Adjusts machine as necessary after test piece and signs work order to verify accuracy of set up.
5. Cuts balance of parts to fulfill order requirements.
6. Completes paperwork including drop sheet for remaining uncut plate after order is fulfilled
7. Returns paperwork for packing
8. Maintain equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations
9. Maintain valid forklift certification
10. Maintain Safety, OSHA standards.
Required Skills: To qualify for consideration an applicant should possess the following skills. Possession of these skills is a preferred for employment.
High School diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience or training.
Should posses the ability to read and comprehend, in English, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
