**Position Specific Description**
We are seeking a technically strong and strategic Director of Integrated System Planning to lead long-term resource planning. This role centers on advanced modeling and analysis using tools such as PLEXOS, and Aurora to capacity expansion, production cost modeling, resource adequacy, and load forecasting. In addition to deep technical and analytical responsibilities, the role is also public-facing, requiring strong communication skills to engage effectively with regulators and public service commissions. A background in engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated leadership experience guiding high-performing technical teams.
**Job Overview**
The Director of Integrated Systems Planning is a pivotal leadership role responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of strategies to support system reliability and integrated system growth. **Job Duties & Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a crucial role in managing financial operations for the Integrated Systems Operating Unit at West Pharmaceutical. In this strategic role, the Director will act as a key business partner, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support both operational decision-making and organizational strategy. **Job Summary**
The Sr. Associate - Technical Sales is primarily responsible for the identification and qualification of new opportunities and leads to support the launch of Integrated Systems. Strong research and analytical skill sets will be utilized to conduct targeted market research and associated analysis to identify new potential customers and emerging trends. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

The Kuiper Government Solutions (KGS) Engineering organization is a multi-disciplinary technology team established to rapidly address the needs of targeted government and international customers with specific solutions that have the potential to scale. KGS Engineering leads the development and delivery of targeted and scalable solutions for custom space and terrestrial applications. The Sr RF System engineer will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to design, integrate, and test innovative product solutions. The Sr RF System Engineer will work closely with colleagues throughout Project Kuiper's inter-disciplinary team and collaborate with key partners and suppliers in order to ensure our system exceeds customer expectations. The Sr RF System Engineer must be responsive, flexible, innovative, and able to succeed within a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
As a member of the KGS Engineering Integrated Systems Solutions organization, the Sr RF System engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the requirements definition, interface development, integration, test, verification, and validation of one or more of the following: the satellite bus, RF payloads, optical payloads, custom ground terminals, or custom user terminals. This includes testing, analyzing, and optimizing the particular satellite or ground element being developed, and ensuring that it meets the needs of the specific customer and/or target application. Testing efforts include functional and performance testing through various environmental conditions as required to ensure system integrity. Responsibilities also include the design and test of support equipment necessary to enable efficient test execution and requirements verification.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs with a diverse set of talented individuals, as well as with partner organizations (including government agencies).

Key job responsibilities
- Working within a project team and taking responsibility for a high bandwidth, low earth orbit communications satellite constellation and terrestrial communication technologies
- Define requirements, develop interface control documents, and perform requirements derivation and allocation analysis and technical budgets with tools developed to drive designs, correlate models with test data, and develop verification evidence.
- Deep-dives into component and subsystem designs to document expectations, evaluate tests, remedy test failures, and provide quick feedback to improve performance
- Collaborating with diverse technical teams such as software, mechanical, modem, and compliance teams to validate expectations for system-level and network-level operations, from concept through execution
- Integrating the end-to-end RF communications system. Meeting with customers internally and externally to select components
- Defining test plans and procedures for lab and RF chamber testing, based on identified requirements for subsystems and for the overall system
- Defining test plans and procedures for on-orbit payload verification or satellite testing, based on identified requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. **As a Security System Technician, you will:**
+ Participate in Operational Testing, Verification, and Acceptance

Basic Qualifications: 
+ 5+ years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of large-scale integrated security systems
+ Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of network components and workstation and server operating system management, IP addressing and subnetting, IP video network transmission and factors that impact video rates and quality, as well as basic switch, router, and firewall principles
+ Must currently possess a certification and working experience with Genetec software.
+ Must be willing and able to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; differentiate types/colors of wire, carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
+ Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations 
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

This is a full-time role located at our Virginia Beach, VA office with a telework option on a case-by-case basis. As a Logistic Engineer you will play a critical role as part of the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) support contract for the U.S. Navy.
Responsible for the planning, analyzing, scheduling, development of Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT)/ Advanced Training Domain (ATD) alterations in Navy Data Environment (NDE) and other various data call submissions. Seeking candidates with AEGIS Weapon System (AWS), Ships Self-Defense System (SSDS), or other Combat System technical experience.
What You Will Do
+ Configuration Management (CM): manage and maintain the BFTT/ATD systems in NDE Navy Modernization (NM) Module and maintenance of Configuration Items (CI) in the Afloat Modernization Planning System (AMPS) module.
+ Development/submission of various Naval Messages, Risk forms and Target Configuration Date (TCD) Waivers (NDE AMPS) in compliance with NM Processes and milestones.
+ Prepare data packages and briefs to support high-level planning and review meetings.
+ Fielding Plan Development/Distribution for the delivery of all Integrated Training System (ITS) upgrades and alterations to ensure Combat System Baseline and Element alignment, certification and maturity timelines that support viable execution.
+ Initiation and submission of Ship Change Documents (SCDs) using the Entitled Process (EP) module in NDE in accordance with the current Program of Record (POR) for Integrated Training system upgrades and in-service alterations including Ship Alteration (SA), Field Change (FC) and Software Deliveries (SWD).
+ Track SSDS/AEGIS Combat System Baselines as well as Element changes to ensure conjunctive/concurrent Fielding Plan alignment through Availability Planning Meetings (APMs), technical meetings/interchanges, Integrated Combat System (ICS) Configuration Control Board (CCB) Participation and Change Evaluation Summary (CES) data and direct request.
+ Confer with U.S Government customers and provide direct support to the PARM.
What You Must Have
+ 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
+ Must have experience in Navy combat systems operations and interface.
+ Knowledge / experience with AEGIS or other Navy Combat Systems required.
+ Must have above average ability in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word (e.g. development of forms).
+ Should be familiar with Adobe, and MS Project. Strong analytical, problem solving, and writing skills are critical.
+ Personal characteristics: initiative, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, capable of working under pressure, ability to multitask.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.
Preferred Requirements
+ System knowledge of SSDS/AEGIS interfaces to support SCD development and understand the impacts to BFTT/ATD is a plus.

Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment.
