Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the US-based team to manage and support key projects and ensure effective communication and coordination across time zones.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between various systems, applications and within Adaptive planning (i.e. instance to instance).
  • Utilize SQL skills to manage and optimize integrations and configurations for seamless data flows.
  • Support data mapping activities for business and analytic needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Promptly address and resolve system configuration issues through close collaboration with business customers and the vendor, as needed.
  • Participate in the rotation of On-Call support during the crucial peak submission phase of business planning (typically from May to October) working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Work extensively within Workday Adaptive Planning application to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
  • Configure and maintain the sheets, formulas, access rules, reports, dashboards, and other components of modeling within Adaptive Planning.

Desirable Competencies

  • Insurance brokerage systems (ex: TAM or AMS360), accounting experience, and experience in Brokerage Operations highly desirable.

**The Advisory Integration Consultant will partner with Jackson distribution personnel and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Broker/Dealer representative partners to provide field and virtual training on Jackson's products and distribution technologies. **Essential Responsibilities**
+ Acts as the subject matter expert on external advisory platforms and fintech tools.
+ Partners with Jackson's existing Key Accounts Managers to gain knowledge and insight into the existing advisory and technology options of our partner firms and then relay that information in an actionable fashion to JNLD internal and external sales teams.
+ Partners with financial technology firms to gain knowledge and insight into how their tools can be used to help advisors understand the value of implementing annuities from Jackson's product suite and then relay that information in an actionable fashion to JNLD internal and external sales teams.
+ Represents the firm's technological tools to internal and external constituents in support of the selling process.
+ Provides onsite and virtual training to JNLD external sales teams (External Wholesalers, Key Account Managers, Advanced Strategies, Portfolio Strategists) and our Broker/Dealer customers (Registered Representatives and their assistants) to optimize sales.
+ Will be a member of a 5-person team that will be responsible to cover distinct geography and/or accounts and/or tools.
+ Proactively maintains a calendar and will maximize the use of time through virtual training and, at the wholesaler's request, field training.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises systems using the Dell Boomi platform.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Work on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, third-party systems and other SaaS applications.
- Custom iFlows : Develop custom integration flows (iFlows) to connect SAP SuccessFactors with various systems.
- API Management: Utilize APIs, MDM (Master Data Management), and enterprise web services for seamless integration.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing of integration processes and resolve any issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Dell Boomi platform.
- Strong knowledge of cloud integration, application integration, and enterprise web services.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) and SAP PO/PI is a plus.
- Familiarity with ABAP and APIs development.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration consulting
