Responsibilities:
- Partner with practice leadership to establish and implement strategic business objectives.
- Supervise daily operations and manage the workload of intellectual property support staff.
- Evaluate workflow processes and introduce improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on IP trends, filings, and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams to support the practice's goals.
