At Regions, the Corporate Security Senior Manager reports to the Corporate Security Director and works directly with regional leaders and their staff regarding matters related to security. This role is primarily focused on developing and refining policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to security protocols. **Job Summary**
Responsible for strategizing, implementing and measuring Digital Pharmacy and omni channel initiatives. Champions digital experiences instore and online, and brings together key stakeholders to design and deliver key decisions related to digital engagement, script conversion, and patient retention. Key contributor to communication of digital strategy and results across enterprise. Oversees the building of digital Rx reporting dashboards and supports valuing of experience enhancements aimed at achieving financial goals. Over time this role will manage a team of analysts in these efforts. Collaborates cross functionally to support strategic initiatives.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Partners with cross functional teams to drive key initiatives and decisions that impact the business and deliver end to end financial and strategic results.
+ Translates strategic objectives into actionable analyses and plans. Champions pro active sharing of information to drive results, process improvement and best practices.
+ Oversees the analysis of performance to proactively identify insights and opportunities to grow the business. Makes data driven recommendations for the formulation of strategies and operating plans, and effectively communicates across all levels of the organization.
+ Helps build business cases in support of investment decisions.
+ May develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts that align with strategic business initiatives. Responsible for delivering goals and objectives, and provides data driven strategic input for long range plans.
+ Creates and executes divisional projects based on strategic need. Utilizes project management skills to create client focused deliverables, delegate work, execute project analysis, and deliver strategic results.
+ Continuously evaluates best practices, methodology and tools and seeks to improve deliverables in order to maintain alignment with business needs.
+ Provides guidance, direction, coaching, and counseling to team members. Allocates available resources to meet operating objectives. Develops and mentors staff through on boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes builds and maintains employee morale and motivation ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The Security Intelligence Analyst works in Travel Guard's 24/7/365 Travel Security Operations Center and provides support for daily operations as necessary. Travel Guard's security analysts must have a well-rounded background in international relations and security with strong writing and analytical skills. Analysts must have excellent research and global monitoring capabilities, an intuitive understanding of international security ramifications as well as strong communication abilities to adequately convey such information. Clear writing and oral communication skills are a necessity, as is an in-depth understanding of geopolitical developments. Additional specializations in the security industry, global travel experience and ability to read/speak other languages are preferred.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain knowledge of global current events to ensure developments are appropriately covered.
+ Brief clients, internal stakeholders and/or leadership on global events as required. Proactively notify clients and internal stakeholders when necessary.
+ Contribute information to various products, including active monitoring services, daily Global News Watch newsletter, customized reports and security-related notifications.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Extensive knowledge of global geopolitical activity, threat conditions, government structures and associated background/context/implications.
+ Excellent reading and writing abilities; strong attention to detail and consistent, thorough grammatical knowledge is crucial. Demonstrated experience in a strong writing/editing role is a plus.
+ Well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ The ability to think critically and complete assignments, requests and other tasks with little guidance/oversight and with a strong attention to detail.
+ The ability to learn quickly and the flexibility to complete tasks outside of the immediate Security Intelligence Analyst role.

**JOB SUMMARY**
Provides analysis using knowledge of security concepts, principles and practices applicable to security administration. Uses technology systems and applications, including commercially available databases and social media platforms, to monitor security threats and operational risks to business continuity. Analyzes multiple sources for timely, accurate, and relevant information with potential impacts to facilities, employees, and assets.
