Key job responsibilities
Use data science and machine learning to drive business insights, centralizing dashboards, developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting online evaluation and verification of agentic actions.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for Intelligent Talent Acquisition;
- Work closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions, including Agentic AI, end-to-end;
- Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses;

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent

As a part of the long-term vision, the Digital Solutions Organization team will play an integral role across both business functions and technology capabilities. The Organization is seeking a Director Intelligent Automation to lead and oversee our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automating processes using IDP technologies (AWS Bedrock, Textract, Azure Document Intelligence), RPA / APA platforms (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps), with a strong background in building and rolling out AI-based products and solutions. This position will provide a unique business perspective on how next-generation Intelligent Automation capabilities can transform and improve the organization.
This role is based out of our Princeton, New Jersey office location and is expected to be in the office 3 or more days a week to collaborate in-person with the team and other leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
- Responsible for leading engagements from late stage opportunities to through successful delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, commercial commitments, customer expectations, and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of work related to various digital solutions including but not limited to Web, Mobile, Social, RPA, AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics solutions within one or more field operations.
- Interact with internal stakeholders both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results and drive and execution vision and goals of the team.

- Provide complex issues/risks identification and resolution.

- Partner with Engineering organizations to drive rollout of IDP and RPA solutions using AWS services (Amplify, Bedrock, Textract, QuickSight) and other relevant technologies (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps).
- Lead and manage implementation teams through complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, including strategy implementation, portfolio/capability repositioning, and legislative or policy changes related to AI deployment.
- Collaborate with the CTO organization and AI & Data Accelerator teams to identify, build, and/or pilot AI-enabled process automation solutions, complying with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., FED-RAMP, State-RAMP).
- Create roll-up and aggregate reporting for various levels of leadership, providing insights into the performance and impact of digital initiatives.
- Responsible for team management, which includes resource forecasting, making decisions regarding hiring, promotions, termination, and performance management.
- Oversee and work with 3rd party vendors.
- Produce high quality executive-ready messaging in the form of presentations, briefs, and memos.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study required.
- Minimum 10 years related experience required.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements :
- Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Master's degree is a plus.
- Per contract requirements, this position requires US Citizenship.
- Must have Automation Anywhere experience.

As a part of the long-term vision, the Digital Solutions Organization team will play an integral role across both business functions and technology capabilities. The Organization is seeking a Sr. Director Intelligent Automation to lead and oversee our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automating processes using IDP technologies (AWS Bedrock, Textract, Azure Document Intelligence), RPA / APA platforms (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps), with a strong background in building and rolling out AI-based products and solutions. This position will provide a unique business perspective on how next-generation Intelligent Automation capabilities can transform and improve the organization.
This role is based out of our Princeton, New Jersey office location and is expected to be in the office 3 or more days a week to collaborate in-person with the team and other leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
- Responsible for leading engagements from late stage opportunities to through successful delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, commercial commitments, customer expectations, and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of work related to various digital solutions including but not limited to Web, Mobile, Social, RPA, AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics solutions within one or more field operations.
- Interact with internal stakeholders both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results and drive and execution vision and goals of the team.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a strategy for expanding Intelligent Automation adoption, with focus on the integration and enablement of IDP, RPA/APA, and AI to drive innovation and operational excellence across our business segments.
- Partner with business segment and project leaders, Digital leadership and capability owners to identify and implement innovative Intelligent Automation use cases.
- Partner with Engineering organizations to drive rollout of IDP and RPA solutions using AWS services (Amplify, Bedrock, Textract, QuickSight) and other relevant technologies (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps).
- Lead and manage implementation teams through complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, including strategy implementation, portfolio/capability repositioning, and legislative or policy changes related to AI deployment.
- Collaborate with the CTO organization and AI & Data Accelerator teams to identify, build, and/or pilot AI-enabled process automation solutions, complying with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., FED-RAMP, State-RAMP).
- Create roll-up and aggregate reporting for various levels of leadership, providing insights into the performance and impact of digital initiatives.
- Responsible for team management, which includes resource forecasting, making decisions regarding hiring, promotions, termination, and performance management.
- Oversee and work with 3rd party vendors.
- Produce high quality executive-ready messaging in the form of presentations, briefs, and memos.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study required.
- Minimum 10 years related experience required.

- Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Master's degree is a plus.
