**Location:**
This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in New York City, NY, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Charlotte, NC, Fort Worth, TX or Irving, TX with expectations to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
**Salary:**
Target base salary range for Baltimore, MD and New York, NY $115k-$145k, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Role Description

As a UX/Product Designer at DoveRunner, you will play a crucial role in defining how our customers interact with our platform. This role will collaborate with Product Owners (POs), Engineering, Marketing, and will play a vital role as a member of the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with POs and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
  • Translate product requirements into intuitive, secure, and modern user experiences.
  • Develop an understanding of the Cyber Security industry and maintain product parity with competitors.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the platforms new brand and design language.
