**Responsibilities**
+ Define the user experience strategy for your product area by understanding advertiser needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
+ Partner with teams across Google Ads to understand the broader ecosystem, using that system-level view to inform your design strategy.
+ Translate that strategy into concrete ideas, creating and testing concepts in close partnership with user research and content design.
+ Collaborate as a partner with product managers and engineers to align on a shared goal and make collective decisions.
