Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour
The duration of the Internship Program is during the Summer May 25, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (Full-time 40 hours/week).

What you will do

As a Sustainability Intern, you will be part of the Sustainability team that works on various projects to improve the carton recycling and access rate through the Carton Council group, as well as work with Tetra Pak customers to address sustainability questions.

Your main activities will be:

  • Attending customer and third-party meetings
  • Helping the policy team with customer presentation creation
  • Working on data analysis/reporting
  • Assisting with LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) information analysis and presentation creation, etc.
Suggested majors: Environmental Science, Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Policy, etc.

ROLE

The Sustainability Designer must demonstrate the ability to think critically, apply scientific methods, ideate, set goals, synthesize strategies, and communicate solutions that result in positive environmental impact. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Curates high-performance project solutions to help decarbonize the built environment for WATG's master planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape teams

**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Sustainability Administrator, you are responsible for the effective administration and maintenance of the company's sustainability platform (Deepki) within the Property Management division. The Sustainability Administrator will collaborate with various teams, including Property Management, Facilities Management, and the PM Sustainability team, to ensure the successful operation and utilization of the platform.
**What You'll Do:**
**Platform Administration:**
+ Maintain the Deepki platform, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and completeness.
+ Manage and maintain the property database within Deepki, accounting for changes in management status and ensuring all necessary building information is present.
+ Configure and maintain the portfolio within Deepki, ensuring accurate building data and data point configurations for utilities and waste.
+ Onboard new properties and portfolio mandates into Deepki in alignment with established processes.
+ Establish and manage the archive process as buildings transition out of management.
+ Coordinate bulk imports of manually collected data.
+ Address platform-related issues and advance when needed.

**Data Management & Reporting:**

The Sustainability Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing Signature Aviation's environmental goals by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of sustainability data management. Partnering closely with the Director of Sustainability and Environmental Programs, this role will lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of key environmental metrics, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy consumption, and renewable energy usage. The analyst will enhance data workflows, deliver actionable insights that inform decarbonization strategies, and support enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen Signature's sustainability impact.
+ Serve as a central liaison with internal stakeholders, including regional bases, FSC teams, and leadership, to collect, validate, and maintain sustainability data, ensuring accuracy for annual reporting.
+ Consolidate and manage data for global sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRESB, CDP) and Signature's Annual Report.
+ Build business cases for sustainability projects by conducting data analysis aligned with environmental targets and financial requirements.
+ Track project costs and support the calculation, reconciliation, and verification of energy and emissions data.
+ Assist in securing funding by preparing and submitting applications for state and federal sustainability grants.
+ Monitor internal sustainability programs, compliance requirements, and regulatory trends; recommend enhancements where needed.
+ Support sustainability due diligence during acquisitions by assessing environmental baselines and integration considerations.
+ Research renewable energy market trends and contribute to procurement strategies that advance clean energy goals and optimize costs.
**Minimum Education and/or Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
+ Five years of relevant experience in sustainability, data management, or environmental program analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Aviation industry experience preferred.
**Additional knowledge and skills:**
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP, GRESB).
+ Familiarity with renewable energy markets, carbon accounting, and regulatory requirements.

**A Day in the Life:**
As a Data Analyst within the Sustainability & Impact team, your day is centered around gathering, managing, analyzing, transforming and leveraging environmental, social and/or governance data across Hertz's enterprise to enable both key programs as well as fuel disclosures. You begin by engaging with key internal stakeholders to understand Hertz's data posture and then collect, quality assure and store available data in relevant tools or platforms, ranging in sophistication from internal SharePoint/MS Teams channels to third party tools like EcoStruxure Resource Advisor or Workiva®. Additionally, you will help project manage the data-focused engagements with outside partner firms which help us to calculate or assure data for disclosure validation. This role will partner with both reporting and program leads within the Sustainability & Impact team to ensure data governance, integrity controls and outcomes are as accurate and effective as possible. Ultimately, this individual, using actionable data, will help position the organization for better modeling and dashboarding to help drive smart decision-making.
Another element of this role is meant to support certain important tasks within the impact program such as assisting with payments to non-profit organizations, mailbox reviews and securing in-kind rentals for key charitable giving partners.
This role has an incredible opportunity to not only have visibility across Hertz's global footprint, but also to engage with contacts across virtually every business group and department in the company. This role will learn about all aspects of Hertz's Sustainability & Impact strategy and plan and will build critical bench strength within the organization.
The starting salary is $55K; commensurate with experience.
**What You'll Do:**
Partner with Hertz Sustainability & Impact team and Chief Sustainability Officer to understand our voluntary and regulatory reporting/disclosure data requirements, including current state needs and future plans.
Collect, analyze, and interpret required data from multiple Hertz systems and business groups to meet regulatory and voluntary environmental, social and governance reporting/disclosures.
Routinely engage with key contacts across multiple internal business groups to determine opportunities for better data oversight and data management controls.
Partner with third parties which leverage Hertz's environmental, social and governance data to perform necessary calculations, analysis or validation in service of our programs or reporting/disclosures.
Engage with third party tools or SaaS platforms in which Hertz's environmental, social and/or governance data and insights need to be used for voluntary or regulatory reporting.
Design, automate, and maintain models and dashboards to support better data-driven decision making.
Leverage internal processes to identify and complete in-kind rental donation requests and maintain tracking documentation for audit purposes.
Assist social impact lead with ensuring payments to non-profit partners are completed on time and tracked for auditing. Occasionally assist with social impact engagements with employee base (e.g., helping to communicate or track volunteerism).
Be intellectually curious about Hertz Sustainability & Impact strategy and programs and help to advance internal and external brand.
**What We're Looking For:**
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
2-3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word and Power Automate, with Advanced skills in Excel
Solid proficiency in data visualization using Tableau or similar BI tools.
Awareness of sustainability-focused reporting processes preferred (e.g., CDP Climate Disclosure, EcoVadis, corporate annual ESG reports).
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple objectives under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project and program management capabilities, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.

**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Sustainability Administrator, you are responsible for the effective administration and maintenance of the company's sustainability platform (Deepki) within the Property Management division. This role ensures data integrity, completeness, and accuracy to support the company's and its clients' sustainability goals and reporting requirements. The Sustainability Administrator will collaborate with various teams, including Property Management, Facilities Management, and the PM Sustainability team, to ensure the successful operation and utilization of the platform.
**What You'll Do:**
**Platform Administration:**
+ Maintain the Deepki platform, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and completeness.
+ Manage and maintain the property database within Deepki, accounting for changes in management status and ensuring all necessary building information is present.
+ Configure and maintain the portfolio within Deepki, ensuring accurate building data and data point configurations for utilities and waste.
+ Onboard new properties and portfolio mandates into Deepki in alignment with established processes.
+ Establish and manage the archive process as buildings transition out of management.

+ Prepare and analyze data for reports and presentations as needed.

+ Develop strong relationships with PM teams, D&T and third-party suppliers, liaising on system development and issue resolution.
+ Provide project management support for internal and client-related projects.
