We're looking for an creative and result-oriented Growth Product Lead, International Expansion to lead and orchestrated all strategic, operational, and product-related initiatives to successfully expand Trafilea's brands, including Shapermint.com, into new international markets. This individual will act as the right hand of the International Expansion Director, driving cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Tech, Logistics, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that ensure seamless market entry and sustained growth.
This role goes beyond Conversion Rate Optimization, focusing on enabling a localized and exceptional user experience tailored to each market while balancing scalability and profitability. The Growth Product Lead will ensure the seamless implementation of localized checkout experiences, payment methods, logistics infrastructure, warehouse setup, legal compliance, and customer support systems for each target country.
With a holistic understanding of international operations, this role will also evaluate and mitigate risks, optimize conversion currency strategies, develop solutions for returns, and ensure alignment with Trafilea's global standards. Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Operational Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to Trafilea's operational framework, maintaining daily task tracking in Asana for all owned projects. Regular Asana updates and clear documentation are critical for process transparency and alignment with broader company goals.
- External Communication Strategy : Develop and enforce an external communication strategy that is approved by key stakeholders, ensuring all communication channels deliver consistent messaging.
- Brand Guideline Integrity : Ensure that all brand books, playbooks, and communication materials are meticulously maintained and fully aligned with updated brand guidelines.
- Campaign Development & Management : Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across channels and alignment with business goals.

Role-related competencies & Requirements- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, e-commerce manager, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving international expansion initiatives in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong expertise in localizing e-commerce platforms for diverse international markets, including knowledge of cultural, operational, and legal adaptations.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams (Tech, Logistics, Marketing, and Legal) to deliver seamless market expansion projects.
- Advanced understanding of e-commerce systems and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce), with proven experience implementing localized payment methods, multi-currency systems, and dynamic tax compliance solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion funnels, A/B testing, and CRO strategies tailored to international customer behavior and preferences.

Team/ Role: We are seeking a dynamic program manager to join Coinbase's hr ma team to support execution of our ma and global expansion initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in completing hr diligence, integrating acquired companies, managing people risks and processes, and ensuring a seamless transition post-acquisition. Additionally, you will support Coinbase's international growth by establishing hiring frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and providing operational support for new entities. What you'll be doing:
- End-to-end hr ma execution: drive end-to-end execution of hr deliverables in the ma lifecycle from pre-deal diligence through post-close integration, including interviews, org design, talent mapping, and compensation / benefit review.
- Project management: own project plans, timelines, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned on simultaneous deals with a structured, high-velocity approach.
- Cross-functional partnership: act as the day-to-day point of contact across corp dev, legal, finance, and other hr coes (e.g., total rewards, talent acquisition, people ops) across ma lifecycle.
- Risk identification & mitigation: proactively identify people-related risks, navigate complex compliance and employment law landscapes, and develop compliant solutions.
- Integration planning & execution: build and manage integration plans (onboarding plans, communications, etc.) that balance business continuity with cultural alignment.
- Systems & processes: create and document scalable practices and playbooks to improve how the team handles repeatable ma and expansion tasks, while leveraging tooling and automation when possible.

- 5+ years of experience in hr ma integration or comparable hr program management experience (compensation, benefits, payroll, hr business partner, hr operations, talent programs)
- Excellent project management and organization skills, with ability to track both small details and big picture, with a bias for action

- Track record of developing and managing internal people programs, policies, and processes for scale in a high-growth organization
