Description Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing, researching, interpreting and reporting complex issues with little or no guidance. **Job Description**
The EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System) Program, part of the TacAir Product Line, is one of ECS's most strategic program portfolios. EPAWSS is currently being installed on F-15E and EX platforms domestically under contract with Boeing. Beyond these U.S. based contracts, EPAWSS, in combination with modules from STORM EW, provides the basis for the system that supports ECS s Extreme Electronic Warfare (EWX) strategy. At the forefront of that strategy are a set of international programs within the TacAir Product Line. Japan Super Interceptor is currently under contract with Boeing with further funding imminent for an additional country later this year. This role will join the F-15 International product area, focusing initially on learning the product set on Japan then ultimately taking on the lead role for the next country under contract.
The Operations Program Manager plays a key role in developing the program strategy and plans to successfully execute both Development and Production. This role will provide Operations leadership to future proposals and/or statements of position, the planning activities and baselining required to get the program started on the right foot, and all Operations execution activities, both non-recurring and recurring throughout the program execution phase. The TacAir International portfolio of programs is highly visible both internally with senior leadership as well as externally. This role requires a skilled and experienced OPM that has previous experience and demonstrated performance with development and production programs, including Cost Account Management on Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price contracts. A successful candidate will thrive in high intensity environments, be flexible with dynamic change, and is willing to go above and beyond to keep our customers satisfied.

**Position Summary**

**Position Summary**
The International Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in supporting global flight operations with a focus on international flight planning, handling, and regulatory compliance. Tax Operations is seeking a new member to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global Tax Operations function (Documentation, Transaction Tax, International Tax, Reclaims, Withholding and Reporting) including the expansion of TD's Global Equity Derivatives initiative. Your role will be responsible for analyzing new rules, process changes and supporting tax regulatory compliance for the firm.

+ Manage the firm's compliance with global tax and regulatory obligations
+ Provide tax technical rulings and guidelines to manage tax obligations for global customers and the firm business activities
+ Validate global tax forms and setup client classifications across multiple databases
+ Lead Common Reporting Standards (CRS), DAC6, DAC7 documentation and reporting
+ Manage corporate action taxability, processing, and determination of fair market value to support tax withholding and reporting
+ Analyze and provide tax feedback on new activity reviews to support implementation of new products, services, and geographical activity
+ Lead business analysis on global regulatory changes, new rules, and process improvements
+ Process large amounts of data to transmit to third party vendors and clients
+ Support transaction tax, UK/Irish/Hong Kong PTM Levy and Stamp processing, reporting and client documentation
+ Oversee tax relief at source, reclaims and tax voucher processing for clients and the firm
+ Respond to a high volume of internal and external client and third-party inquiries
+ Manage exception processing as needed and perform reconciliations to support controls and tax compliance
+ Consolidate a high volume of data from multiple sources and load into Tax databases
+ Manage relationships with global vendors, tax advisors and third-party service providers
+ Manage KPI's across global tax functions

Our client, a major airport authority, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Lead Air Traffic Controller to oversee operations at a busy international airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, US . This critical role requires an individual with exceptional decision-making skills, an unwavering commitment to safety, and extensive experience in managing complex airspace. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating aircraft movements within the airport's control zone and airspace, ensuring the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic. As a lead, you will also provide guidance and mentorship to a team of air traffic controllers, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to training and development programs. Key responsibilities include managing various sectors of air traffic control, including ground control, tower control, and approach/departure control. You will utilize advanced radar and communication systems to monitor aircraft positions, weather conditions, and potential hazards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aviation regulations, procedures, and safety protocols. Experience with advanced air traffic management systems and technologies is essential. You will also be involved in incident investigation and developing strategies to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency. This position demands the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, make critical decisions rapidly, and communicate clearly and concisely with pilots and other aviation professionals. A strong leadership presence and the ability to foster a culture of safety and professionalism are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage air traffic control operations for a busy international airport.
  • Ensure the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic in assigned airspace.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of air traffic controllers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to controller training and development.
  • Utilize advanced radar, communication, and navigation systems.
  • Monitor weather conditions and advise pilots of potential hazards.
  • Coordinate with pilots, airline operations, and other aviation stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce air traffic control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and unusual situations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of air traffic management systems and practices.

Qualifications:
  • Current FAA Air Traffic Controller Certification (or equivalent international certification).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a certified Air Traffic Controller.
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of air traffic control procedures, regulations, and airspace management.
  • Proficiency with radar, communication, and navigation systems used in air traffic control.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Must pass a rigorous background check and medical examination.
