As an International Tax Manager, with a compliance focus, you will lead and manage the delivery of international tax compliance services for our clients. You will ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and filing of international tax returns and related documentation, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global tax regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage all aspects of international tax compliance engagements, including preparation and review of U.S. and foreign tax returns, forms, and disclosures.

+ Lead foreign tax credit calculations, reporting, and documentation.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation (MST) or LLM preferred.
+ CPA and/or JD required.
+ 5+ years of progressive international tax compliance experience with a public accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department.
+ Strong technical skills in international tax compliance, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax reporting.
+ Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
+ Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement is a plus.

+ Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation to determine the potential impact on the company's financial position and tax strategies.
+ Assist in the research, analysis, and documentation of international transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and other restructuring and/or planning ideas;
+ Aid in the support of any income tax audits both by federal and international taxing authorities.
+ Maintain and enhance strong working relationships with accounting, legal, and treasury functions, as well as with the various business units.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 8-12 years international tax experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or a combination of Big 4 and large, multi-national corporation;
+ CPA or a MS in Accounting/Tax is preferred;
+ Experience preparing and reviewing all international tax forms included in the company's US Form 1120, ASC 740 and FIN 48 workpapers;
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and develop strategic recommendations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal, including the ability to communicate complex tax issues effectively to both tax and non-tax personnel;
+ Should be able to independently manage tax compliance and accounting processes and other assigned special projects;
