The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with presenting to senior management and support decision-making in a growth environment. The individual must be a team-player with a collaborative mindset as well as be passionate about driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The Financial Analyst II will perform reporting, planning and analysis to help the company to achieve its business goals. Role expectations Partner with the Technology leadership team to actively forecast and manage their financials Drive financial planning process via Monthly Forecast and Annual Operating Plan Deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting (budget variance analysis) Improve financial outcomes by analyzing results, monthly variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management Review and approve purchase requisition in SAP and contracts agreements Drive business process improvements via Work with business owners to identify & manage business metrics (KPI’s) and dashboards Lead financial analytics for various new project and business opportunities Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned Collaborate across WW Finance & Accounting to ensure Review expense accounts & perform balance sheet reconciliation in accordance with company’s accounting standards Prepare JEs and perform expense account & balance sheet reconciliations What We're Looking For Bachelor of Science in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience 4+ years of general financial analysis experience Possess some basic knowledge of US GAAP High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT Nice to have: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Be results oriented Be a problem solver, system oriented and strong analytical skill Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Travel: Up to 10% Pay Transparency If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan.
