**Now Hiring: Warehouse Inventory Clerk**
**Location:** Windsor, CT
**Schedule:** Full-Time, 1st Shift (6:30am-3:00pm)
**Pay:** $20/hr (1st Shift)

**About the Opportunity**
Join a growing manufacturing team that plays a critical role in supporting the aviation and aerospace industries. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of parts and materials throughout our facility. This role will also support a major warehouse reorganization and system update, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take on a challenge.
As we overhaul our warehouse setup and improve inventory tracking, you'll be helping to update our ERP system by entering part data and new storage locations. You may also assist in physically moving and organizing parts as we implement the changes.
If you're organized, motivated, and have strong warehouse experience and typing skills-this is the role for you.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks
+ Pull and stage parts for production and outbound orders
+ Return unused materials to inventory
+ Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
+ Support production teams with timely material delivery
+ Help update and maintain part locations in the ERP system
+ Assist in physically moving parts during warehouse reorganization
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Experience with forklifts (sit-down or stand-up), pallet jacks, and similar equipment
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team
+ **Strong typing and computer/data entry skills required**
+ **Prior experience updating ERP or inventory management systems strongly preferred**
+ OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks is a plus
+ Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
