The Manufacturing Inventory Clerk maintains a perpetual inventory record of materials, equipment, supplies, and stock items. Under general supervision, this position involves procedures related to receiving and maintaining records of equipment, materials, and/or supplies in a manufacturing environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Track delivery of supplies and equipment where needed
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and terminology and basic office equipment
- Use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments
- SAP Production consumptions of raw material and semi-finished goods
- Able to make simple mathematical computations and utilize computer applications such as SAP database software
- Identify raw material and component requirements for productions from engineering
- Responsible for quality as related to job duties, with authority to address issues of quality at any level
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions with accuracy and good judgement
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Participate in the physical Inventory process
- Investigate shipping and inventory errors and report all errors to Data Entry for change orders
Job Requirements:
