**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control processes for all inventory movements and adjustments
- Schedule and oversee physical inventories; reconcile variances and generate reconciled inventory reports
- Coordinate daily cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and provide variance reports to relevant departments
- Conduct daily inventory analysis using warehouse reports to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Ensure proper warehouse slotting to support accurate order fulfillment and efficient shipping operations
- Validate that WMS and/or ERP systems reflect real-time inventory status
- Monitor inventory systems for unusual adjustments, shrinkage, and exceptions

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in inventory management within a distribution or warehouse environment

- Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve results through persistence, resource allocation, and sound judgment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); AS400 experience preferred
- Working knowledge of food service disciplines including purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing, and transportation
- Familiarity with Food Safety, regulatory requirements, FDA/ USDA regulatory requirements
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across departments and external partners

Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Audit and observe production employees to validate proper material consumption through work orders or scrap adjustment logs.
• Review and resolve negative on-hand inventory reports; investigate root causes and collaborate with management to prevent recurrence.
• Perform cycle counts per schedule, process adjustments in Oracle (with approvals as required), and ensure timely completion of counts by all assigned personnel.
Receiving & Put-Away
• Verify inbound shipments, documenting damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and maintaining copies for records.
• Validate packing list quantities, sign/date documentation, and submit to Supply Chain.
• Conduct daily reviews of "Put-Away" status in Oracle and ensure timely resolution.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) to unload trucks when required.
Material Transfers
• Ensure subinventory transfers are documented in Oracle whenever materials are relocated.
• For employees without Oracle access, maintain and process material transfer log sheets daily.
• Oversee extrusion department material replenishment, prioritizing stock rack refills each morning (delegating tasks as needed).
Quality & Scrap Management
• Ensure QA inspections for extrusion materials are completed before putaway.
• Partner with Operations to ensure daily scrap transactions are properly recorded in Oracle.
Kitting & Warehouse Activities
• Oversee kitting processes and monitor parts/kit Kanban replenishment.
• Ensure warehouse team members follow proper documentation and handling procedures.
Equipment & Certification
• Obtain and maintain certification for forklift, reach truck, scissor lift, and combilift operations.

The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ non-exempt employees in CVS Health's distribution facility. In this role, you will direct workflow for warehouse employees and lead their team to meet and exceed daily targets. You will manage day to day work operations, evaluate work performance, and assist manager in total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking.

Primary Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to all colleagues reporting to this role
- Maintain a high level of performance for Inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, root cause analysis, Golden Zone as per CVS's IC, Quality and Compliance standards
- Manage and sustain a high level of standards through 5S, lean and cleanliness across the DC using CVS SOP and protocols
- Promotes, reinforces and holds all colleagues accountable for safety, security, awareness and compliance
- Executes daily activities and operational plans in compliance with all SOP's, Processes and strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise while meeting daily targets.
- Strive to meet or exceed all Key performance Indicators in our supply chain pillars of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People
- Conducts performance appraisals, Training and PUMPS using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee performance efficiency
- Coordinates processes and assignments with leadership of all DC areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics. Adapt quickly to operational needs and urgencies to make decisions and execute them to meet goals.
- Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
- Manage team performance through timely feedback and performance review process to ensure delivery of engagement, motivation, and team development.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse
- 2 years supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bi-Lingual
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
-Bachelor's degree
- Background in Six Sigma production techniques
**Education :**
-Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position controls and monitors freight and inventory levels using the most cost-effective methods. This position is a night shift role with the hours of 12:00am- 9am, Mon- Fri. Must have flexible availibity as this is a leadership role.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide for monitoring and inspection of produce at the dock to ensure quality standards are met and quantity is correct.
+ Responsible for all receiving and inventory adjustments to assure correctness and entry into the mainframe.
+ Accountable for daily physical cycle counts on frozen, cooler, and dry products.
+ Liable for the slotting and assigning of all new items in the warehouse, assuring the correctness of the information in the mainframe and that warehouse slots are labeled correctly.
+ Keep warehouse manager informed, as needed, of potential problems and changes.
+ Responsible for notifying customer service of potential outs.
+ Complete inventory and warehouse report daily.
+ Manage and direct all physical inventories as called for under SYGMA guidelines and directives.
+ Works closely with all departments regarding merchandise received, new items, all inventories, to assure a continuous flow of information.
+ Adhere to cycle count program.
+ Adhere to hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) and material safety data sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ High school diploma/GED.
+ Prefer 4-year college degree in a related discipline.
**Experience**
+ 3 years of inventory control experience and/or warehouse experience in food distribution.
+ 1-year experience on IBM AS400.
**Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations**
+ Warehouse equipment and possibly forklift.
**Physical Demand**
+ Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.
+ You must be able to communicate clearly with shippers and employees.
+ Physical inventories involve periods of prolonged standing.
**Mental/Visual Demand**
+ You must be able to read text that is close and at a distance with or without correction.
+ In addition, must be able to perform a manual task, hear, sit, reach, lift, bend, and interact with others.
**Working Condition**
+ Activities occur both inside (protected from weather conditions but not temperature changes) and outside.
+ An employee is subjected to extreme cold while supervising in the freezer.
