Responsible for Inventory Control in a fast-paced production plant within FreshRealm's operations team. The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency while at all times maintaining the highest standards of company specifications. The Supervisor ensures adequate inventory of material and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. Provide training and motivation to team members, using recognition, positive feedback, and other rewards with appropriate discretion in a continuous improvement environment. Follows all health and safety standards and enforces the use of PPE's.
**Key Responsibilities**
● Complies with and promotes all GMP's
● Executes and Promotes safe work practices at all times
● Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
● Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures (FIFO)
● Train staff in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss
● Notify leadership of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability

**Qualifications**

**Opportunity**
This position is responsible for cycle count scheduling, bin accuracy, and overall material inventory accuracy of all finished good and component inventories across both warehouses. This position also maintains SAP parameters related to bin layout per warehouse. This position interfaces directly with general supervisors of warehouse staff to provide actions needed to improve inventory accuracy, including but not limited to T.O. confirmations, move ticket creation, MIGO transactions. This person has process control over annual physical inventories, including freezing of stocks, count procedure process control, and variance investigation for submission to finance for approval.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for inventory accuracy of all raw materials and finished goods.
+ Control adjustments to all finished goods and WIP inventories.
+ Maintain 98% inventory accuracy level of all materials in the Sheridan DC.
+ Develop and implement bin layouts and allocation strategies in SAP for all finished goods in the DC, including all on-site and off-site locations.
+ Organize, schedule and direct cycle counts
+ Leads annual physical inventory activities, including but not limited to process and procedure development, variance investigation and reporting, and team definition.
+ Define and maintain KPI's related to inventory accuracy and develop action plans for improvement with general supervisors.
+ Performs root cause analysis on process errors and partners with the site leadership team to implement corrective actions.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
+ 3+ years progressive experience in warehouse operations
+ 2+ years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience
+ Must be safety conscious, company- and customer-oriented with the ability to independently make and carry out sound decisions

1. Create and maintain efficient and accurate inventory management

Document.
10. Establish, maintain, and execute the empty bin verification program.
11. Ensure accurate perpetual inventory adjustments are performed to
match physical inventory movement, when required.
12. Monitors and directs the work of others, provide performance
feedback, coaching, and counseling.
**Qualifications**
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, basic
accounting, typing, etc. Equal to a high school diploma. College Degree in
Business or related discipline desirable.
**Experience**
At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in a distribution
center strongly preferred.
**Skills**
Requires a demonstrated knowledge of inventory management
procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
Ability to demonstrate end-user level skills in WMS systems, Excel,
personal computers, and related application is required. Strong

This role is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day inventory control activities. Oversee and ensure compliance with the inventory policy and process, ensure accurate and timely reporting, record retention, and directs hourly Associates. Partners with distribution management to recommend process improvement. Partners cross-functionally to ensure inventory integrity and process improvement.

+ Develop and/or maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional departments as necessary to coordinate inventory management activities and to ensure prompt and timely resolution of any issues.

+ Review inventory gain/loss line and salvage line and research items of high cost/quantity variance.

+ Oversee the recording and product movement for salvage sales and return to vendor transactions and ensure product recoup efforts are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Ensure compliance with internal, external and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audit requirements.

**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day inventory control activities. Oversee and ensure compliance with the inventory policy and process, ensure accurate and timely reporting, record retention, and directs hourly Associates. Partners with distribution management to recommend process improvement. Partners cross-functionally to ensure inventory integrity and process improvement.
**Here's what you'll do:**
+ Develop and/or maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional departments as necessary to coordinate inventory management activities and to ensure prompt and timely resolution of any issues.
+ Schedule and assign work to inventory control associates to complete workload in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining accuracy, and safe work environment; plan and schedule activities to control costs on labor and supplies.
+ Review inventory gain/loss line and salvage line and research items of high cost/quantity variance.
+ Participate in the review of warehouse layout, item slotting for effectiveness, execution and operational efficiency.
+ Oversee the recording and product movement for salvage sales and return to vendor transactions and ensure product recoup efforts are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Ensure compliance with internal, external and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audit requirements.
+ Oversee selection audit activity and reporting.
+ Ensure safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment. Report and/or address any issues or work-related injuries.
+ Coordinate and lead pre-shift meetings and ensure timely communication with associates on various topics.
+ Responsible for department management including staffing, training, performance management and career development of associates, and developing and achieving department goals.
+ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
+ Understand financial impact of inventory results for each business unit
**Here's what you'll need:**
+ High School Diploma (Required) or GED.
+ Three years warehouse distribution experience to include one year of Inventory Control experience.
+ One year of supervisory experience.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Good organization, prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and business acumen skills.
+ Must be able to multi-task and have good follow-through to meet deadlines.
+ Must have good leadership and training skills; ability to work with all levels of management and line associates.
+ Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
+ Knowledge of warehouse management systems and database management tools (i.e., COGNOS, WMS/EXE, billing system, etc.) helpful.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
+ Prepare daily reports including analysis of production and shipping
+ Direct and coordinate physical inventory, including auditing and monitoring cycle counts
+ Develop and manage proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy

job purpose: The Inventory Control Supervisor will create and maintain a safe work environment for all fairlife employees in the Webster Warehouse. Reporting to the Director of Automated Warehousing, they will oversee, manage, and develop the Inventory Control Team. The team is responsible for maintaining effective internal controls over the physical product flow to support the operation, accounting of adjustments, working with internal and external teams to communicate adjustments and root causes, completion of necessary paperwork in a clear accurate manner, and maintaining a "tour ready" facility in compliance with all GFSI regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices. · Regularly review and audit the safety protocols of the operation and ensure safe use of all equipment.
