PositionJoin us as our next Head of Logistics, Supply Chain, Reporting to our Head of Supply Chain for North America.
You will lead inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and/or warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management for a region (including all NI NOAM Sites).
You will be based in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities Strategy Design and Execution- Elaborate the regional Logistics strategy and oversee the design and execution of related tactical and operational plans to meet business growth goals
- Contribute to the design of the regional Operations and Supply Chain strategies by providing input regarding Logistics and continuous improvement programs
- Define performance and service level of service partners and carriers
- Design and improve distribution networks for the region
- Follow market evolution/trends of service and costs in logistics
- Lead the deployment of global and regional Logistics initiatives at all regional sites to improve the balance of service level, cost and quality of Logistics services
- Identify and support continuous improvement programs both internally and together with the global logistics Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS) team and 4PL to provide target service levels and costs
- Create visibility on logistics projects / initiatives within and across the regions
- Manage strategic relationships with logistics service providers
- Lead tenders and define performance and service level of service partners in collaboration with Procurement
- Budget process and follow-up, root cause analysis, action plan
- Change champion within OPS/SC for transport + warehousing improvement initiatives

Georgia Pacific's Corrugated Packaging business is seeking a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to join our Hummingbird® digital print division. In this role, you will have responsibility for the Customer Service team and serve as the primary supply chain leader, driving operational excellence through strategic supplier partnerships and innovative solutions that support business growth and customer success. This position sits on the leadership team and is critical to our success.

What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Service team (team of 4), ensuring accurate order entry, ERP system management (Plex), and continuous improvement through automation and process transformation.
- Manage supplier relationships across corrugated and converting partners, developing and negotiating contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Serve as the primary supply chain lead, responsible for procurement activities including sourcing, quoting, quality oversight, and ensuring suppliers meet on-time, in-full expectations.
- Support the division's supply-chain-agnostic strategy by identifying and selecting the best supply chain solutions across internal and external partners.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, operations, production) to ensure alignment on customer commitments and strategic priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize supplier networks, drive cost savings, and support business growth.
- Serve as a key member of the Hummingbird leadership team, contributing to long-term strategy and business planning.

- Strong business acumen with demonstrated negotiation and supplier management skills.
- ERP experience (Plex or similar system).
