- Leveraging consulting knowledge to assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP Supply Chain packaged solutions with emphasis on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Supply Chain solutions including MM, PP, SD, LE, WM, and EWM, and improving business processes;
- Understanding the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors: banking, insurance, and/or investment management, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities; and,

Summary:
Candidate will be expected to execute the operational duties to support DA business related to Direct to Consumer/E-Commerce Operations including order fulfillment, in stock management, reporting, and master table maintenance. Additional support for specific retail lines of business. This is a cross-functional role which includes communicating with both internal and external partners. Responsibilities:
- Order management including but not limited to, DO creation, shipment monitoring, order maintenance, inbound monitoring & prioritization
- Inventory feed, stock out recovery, assortment management, in stock reporting
- Support internal teams by sending daily supply ETAs and preparing weekly stock balancing requests
- Communicate product supply to Sales Team and Order Management
- Identify and resolve complex customer order issues in conjunction with Sales and Order Management team
- Reporting and Root cause Analysis
- Daily interaction regarding product availability, allocation, and transition planning
- Proactively identify and challenge activities that will detract from planned objectives

Facilitates the procurement of pharmaceuticals, equipment and supplies required by the Pharmacy to delivery comprehensive services efficiently and in a timely manner. Works closely with department staff to facilitate inventory control activities.
Job Responsibility
+ Reviews hospital and group purchasing contracts on an ongoing basis; utilizes contracts in purchasing activities, unless otherwise directed.
+ Identifies and informs management of products not currently under contract.
+ Determines par stock levels based on usage to ensure adequate supplies or pharmaceuticals in inventory.
+ Reviews pharmacy orders sheets and actual inventory when preparing orders for pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment.
+ Prepares and places orders in advance to minimize short supply situations.
+ Reviews received orders with inventory staff to identify and correct any discrepancies, as required; keeps management informed.
+ Collaborates with department staff to promote efficient inventory control activities.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for medication procurement from other hospitals in emergency situations.
+ Participates in in-service educational activities related to department activities and inventory management, as required.

Job Qualification
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
