1. Oversee the execution, standardization, and alignment of supply chain operations across

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Healthcare Administration
or related field.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership in multi-site materials management, strong analytical and
financial acumen, proficient in ERP systems (preferably Infor Cloudsuite), Effective communication
and team-building skills. Superb leadership capabilities. Change management, conflict resolution,
vendor partnership management, and data-driven decision making.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations,
including 3 years in leadership capacity in a healthcare environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline)
Skills: Lean Six Sigma. Experience leading multi-site teams in a matrixed healthcare organization.
Certification: Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP)

The Supply Chain (Procurement/Logistics) Intern should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and organized work style to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to adapt in fast-changing environment
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Detail oriented work style with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- You're pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (logistics, purchasing/sourcing, operations, and transportation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
- Previous internships considered a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. (O-I does not sponsor working visas for internships).
