**Job Summary:**
ACCOUNTABILITIES
*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*
1. Oversee the execution, standardization, and alignment of supply chain operations across
the System.
2. Directly manage site supply chain leaders, ensuring consistent accountability, support, and
operational excellence.
3. Lead the achievement of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined by the Vice
President of Supply Chain and serve as lead for Supply Chain and Systemwide initiatives
that impact Materials Management.
4. Reduce total cost of supply chain operations per adjusted patient day while maintaining
end user satisfaction from clinical stakeholders. Drive improvement in systemwide
inventory turns, stockout rates and on-time delivery.
5. Develop and sustain high-performing teams through coaching, clear expectations,
structured onboarding, and continuous training.
6. Establish visible career pathways for frontline and leadership talent within the supply
chain function.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Supply Chain.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Healthcare Administration
or related field.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership in multi-site materials management, strong analytical and
financial acumen, proficient in ERP systems (preferably Infor Cloudsuite), Effective communication
and team-building skills. Superb leadership capabilities. Change management, conflict resolution,
vendor partnership management, and data-driven decision making.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations,
including 3 years in leadership capacity in a healthcare environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline)
Skills: Lean Six Sigma. Experience leading multi-site teams in a matrixed healthcare organization.
Certification: Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP)

**Your key responsibilities**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:
+ Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
+ Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
+ Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
+ Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

**Skills and attributes for success**
On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with EY workstream leads, assisting them during the exploration and design phases to capture business requirements and propose technology designs. Following the design phase, you will lead in the build, testing and deployment phases with minimal oversight. You will be expected to engage in horizontal collaboration with cross-functional teams and will also have the opportunity to coach and develop teams vertically.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**

+ Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
+ A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Prior consulting industry experience.
+ Deep functional experience.
+ SAP certification(s).
+ Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
+ Experience with Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $86,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 121,700 to 211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
