Role Overview

As an Inventory Associate, you will be a vital member of a fast growing operation with the ability to massively impact the customer experience as part of our advanced Operations line-up. In this role, you will:

• Prioritize and execute daily tasks in conjunction with the Operations team
• Assist in cycle counting process for inventory compliance

Position Overview: The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor plays a critical role in the management of the COAM (Coin Operated Amusement Machines) parts inventory for service teams, game swap teams, and game preparation teams. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of COAM warehouse inventory processes and providing essential support to the Warehouse Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Maintain accurate inventory records for all COAM service parts, ensuring that all entries are up-to-date and precise.
   • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
   • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
   • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of COAM service parts.
   • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
2. Support for Service Teams:
   • Manage the distribution of parts to service, game swap, and game prep teams.
   • Assist in the preparation of parts for service calls and game installations.
   • Track and document parts usage to maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
   • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels, movements, and transactions.
   • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
   • Provide regular inventory status updates to the Warehouse Manager and other stakeholders.
4. Assistance to Warehouse Manager:
   • Assist the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
   • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management
• COAM experience is highly desired, but not required.

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Summary

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 am- 2:30 pm, hours may fluctuate depending upon workload

Manage and maintain backorder reports. Receives and transport product to appropriate locations. Perform daily RF cycle counts. Picks product for customer pickups and weekly transfers, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Create and report damages and discrepancies to supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise. Completes shipping and receiving reports. Warehouse Inventory Specialist Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to self or others
• Significant inventory control and SKU management exposure
• Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safely
• Eclipse Warehouse Management System background a plus

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Duties

• Responsible for accuracy of all in-bound shipments. Checks supplier’s counts and reports discrepancies to carrier and supervisor
• Maintains other shipping records such as returned merchandise, damage, discrepancies, etc.
• Responsible for care in handling merchandise
• Establish an appropriate rapport with customers, vendors and delivery drivers
• Responsible for performing operations and safety check, (including battery, brakes & lift controls), on all powered industrial trucks
• Recommend equipment needs and repairs
• Verify inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts
• Transport merchandise from daily inbound receipts to appropriate locations
