Job Description

**Operations**

Takes the appropriate action marking delivery as received if the product was physically delivered, contacting vendor for past undelivered scheduled receipts, and opening tickets as needed to correct inaccurate orders.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, verifies all pharmacy shipments are posted for products physically received at the store. Completes or verifies postings of all pharmacy warehouse orders, ABC prescription and OTC orders daily, secondary vendor orders, flu and dropship orders performing any necessary tote audits, and accurately reporting any shortages or damaged product.
+ Completes On-Shelf Availability (OSA) end-to-end process including warehouse and direct store delivery (DSD) for planogrammed departments, executing disposals, call-ins, and vendor returns before expiration, completes scan outs/ scan outs returns on all subscribed departments including vendor/ DSD departments and pharmacy scan outs.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Facilitates excess inventory returns or interstore pharmacy transfers where applicable for non-returnable ABC overstock. Verifies posting of all pharmacy/ prescription claims.
+ Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and markdowns deletes. Responsible for basic department pricing, including daily price changes, accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks.
+ Responsible for supporting front end and pharmacy ordering by ordering expense items. Monitors pharmacy manual orders to identify excess orders. Maintains consigned inventory and orders as required.
+ Ensures all designated pull & quarantine item on-hands are updated and placed in the designated holding area.
+ Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.

**Your Day at Lowe's**

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Property & Inventory Clerk reports to the Property Supervisor and is an hourly, non-exempt position.
- The Property & Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the property/inventory control functions.

Position Summary
The GPAS Inventory Administratoris responsible for serializing/labeling products according to specifications while meticulously scanning and tracking all inventory materials and finished goods. This role is essential for maintainingaccurateinventory records, ensuring product traceability, and supporting a smooth and efficient production flow.
12 hours shifts: Week 1 work 3 days have off 4 days & Week 2 work 4 days have off 3 days, shifts include every other weekend requirement)
Day Shifts: 7:00am to 7:30pm
Night Shifts: 7:00pm to 7:30am (receive an additional $2.00/hour for shift differential)
Key Responsibilities
- Use a handheld barcode orRadio-Frequency(RF) scanner to log all parts, subassemblies, and raw materials used in the assembly process.
- Scan and document the completion of finished goods, updating the inventory management system in real-time.
- Track and record all material movements to and from the assembly line.
- Assistwith regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts as needed to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, such as shortages or surpluses, to the inventory or production supervisor.
- Apply labels with accuracy, including barcodes, destination, and other required information, for tracking and shipping.
- Retrieve and restock materials from storage areas as directed, ensuring the right parts are available for production.
- Inspect components and completed products for defects and qualityissues, andreport any non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Computer systemsproficiencyand understanding.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an asset.
- Proficiencywith handheld scanners and basic computer applications for data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in tracking inventory.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Demands and WorkEnvironment:
- This position requires working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for operating Warehouse and Inventory equipment at maximum efficiency level.
- Performs and teaches others to diagnose and repair routine equipment issues, and instills the importance of preventative maintenance and running equipment to specification.
- Provides back-up support to the Sr. Process Technician, accountable for work cells when required without interruption to the process.
- Provides verbal and written communication to Sr. Process Technician with regard to equipment, process, maintenance, quality, staff or other operational issues within the cell that may impact delivery of material.
- Accepts coaching and direction from others on system applications, processes and behaviors appropriate to the cell.
- Participates in training in conjunction with the VMC “Progression” program to improve knowledge and skill related to the Process Technician position. Follows a planned program of continuous learning to complete all mandatory skill blocks. Maintains current skills required for the position, and may pursue additional learning through optional and/or limited skill blocks.
- Operates in a coaching role with other Process Technicians within the cell/team and demonstrates behavior that sets the example within the cell/team regarding continuous process improvement, safety, and housekeeping.
- Encourages collaboration within the group that creates ownership and pride in the delivery of error free first pass quality and minimal re-work/waste.
- Accomplish duties using safe work practices and equipment while being responsible for reporting all injuries and observed unsafe conditions. Coach fellow employees on safe work practices as appropriate and contributes to the overall success of the Company’s safety program.

Education/Experience:
- Twelve to twenty-four months of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents, instructions, or reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and use critical thinking to reach a resolution.
- Ability to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment
- Basic computer and office application skills. SAP experience preferred.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 #.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders and consistently work at varying heights.
- Valid driver’s license required or eligible to get a valid Florida state driver’s license.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
