This position is part of our Human Services Practice Area, specifically supporting the Child and Family Services Center of Excellence, which is dedicated to helping state, county, and municipal agencies improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Our work spans a broad spectrum of human services programs, including child welfare, children's behavioral health, juvenile justice, economic assistance, and public health. We also address the social determinants of health through strategic consulting and programmatic support.
This role places a strong emphasis on financial consulting, including cost analysis, funding strategy development, and fiscal impact assessments. You will help clients optimize their use of federal and state funding streams, improve financial operations, and align budgets with performance goals.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide consulting support to client projects, with a focus on financial strategy and analysis.
+ Prepare and present agendas, financial reports, and status updates to clients.
+ Conduct financial and programmatic data analysis using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools.
+ Develop expertise in federal and state funding requirements, including Title IV-E, Medicaid, and TANF.
+ Assist in the design and implementation of major project phases, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
+ Participate in data collection activities, including fiscal research and stakeholder interviews.
+ Contribute to proposal development, including writing and coordinating submissions with a financial lens.

8. Assignments located at various Banner locations will have regional accountability and will provide financial analysis support for multiple facilities within Banner.
9. Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills are necessary. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects and use of sophisticated software programs. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Position interacts with Regulatory Agencies, Information Services Benefits, Finance and Human Resources ensure timely, accurate and efficient reporting of data and processes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Responsible for the administration of the Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries.
+ Responsible for physician compensation and shift reporting (biweekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annually).
+ Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including: Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Corporate Compliance, and other partners, as needed.
+ Setup provider demographics, plan summaries and compensation in the new Simpliphy provider compensation software.
+ Maintain the current manual provider compensation and shift reports to reconcile against Simpliphy balances.
+ Acts as a resource for physicians and medical group management regarding provider productivity, physician compensation and other physician related needs pertaining to the Hospitalist and Intensivist specialties.
