Perform business development activities as required in conjunction with other team members. Provide materials for client presentations and work closely with the Investment Officers assigned to the accounts.
Assume a leadership role in the business development activities for the Department and optimize opportunities to grow assets under management through the financial planning process.
Upgrade account relationships and encourage additions to existing accounts where appropriate. Develop retention strategies for at risk relationships.
Continue to expand market penetration of Wealth Management products and services through collaboration with marketing team members. Create awareness of wealth services and establish a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Lead and/or participate in business development through personal contacts in the professional community. Drive engagement by setting up meetings with COIs and utilize other outreach sources to establish client relationships.
Engage in community events as a professional leader.
Trust & Account Administration
Responsible for maintaining account relationships, managing all of the administrative and fiduciary functions in each of the accounts assigned pursuant to applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and in accordance with trust and account documents for designated relationships.
Advise clients in fiduciary administration, financial, tax and estate planning. Act as the primary liaison with the clients accountant, attorney and other advisors. Create a strong relationship team to ensure a comprehensive wealth management plan.
Provide quality service and communicate with clients; Resolve client issues promptly, incorporating appropriate council - legal and /or accounting as necessary.
Review Trust documents and provide a summary of Trust powers and potential items of concern. Perform administrative account reviews for all designated accounts on an annual basis. Review client and Bank documentation for compliance, consistency and appropriate execution. Participate as an active member in the Trust Administrative Committee (TAC) and Trust Investment Committee (TIC).

Purpose:
PRM Finance Manager to support Plastics and Regenerative Medicine business. This position takes the lead, with guidance from the PRM Finance Director, in managing the full P&L for Regen Med. The Finance Manager acts as a business partner and strategic thought leader in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams. Primary responsibilities include modeling Sales to Distribution Margin, coordinating all planning cycles (Plan, LBE, LRP), and acting as financial planning lead for Regen Med (including GTN, royalties, and warranty). Other key responsibilities include promotion modeling, pricing analysis, daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales analytics), weekly sales tracking, and acting as liaison with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Operations (customer service), and SP&A (sales planning & analytics). This is in addition to core finance/accounting functions such as (but not limited to) preparing journal entries, assessing balance sheet risk, month-end reporting, financial controls and ad hoc analysis to support the Commercial business.

Overview
This position is responsible for corporate level budgeting and financial planning duties and will work in close coordination with PPL's corporate budgeting team. 8. Acts as a trusted advisor to the business providing financial guidance, insights, and recommendations to improve financial performance.
9. Identifies, develops, and implements process improvements within the FP&A function to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
10. Implements best practices in financial modeling, reporting, and budgeting to support a scalable finance function.
Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)

Department Overview
McDonalds is a global brand with new technology being deployed each year. This role will help manage the budget/projections/trend of spend for our Global Technology organization and work directly with business partners all over the world. Duties
Key responsibilities include:
+ Facilitate processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly variance analysis within Global Technology
+ Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within the Technology business units, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of over $100 million in spend.
+ Design, develop & deliver insightful reports/analyses for distribution within the Technology organization and across the wider organization on an ongoing basis
