**In this role, you will:**
+ Perform initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring on third-party investment products (mutual funds, SMAs, exchange traded funds, etc.) as part of the Systematic Review Team. There are two roles - one focused on investment due diligence; one on operational due diligence.
+ Determine platform eligibility through structured reviews using both qualitative and quantitative criteria, including assessments for new firm/product additions and quarterly monitoring existing platform offerings.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on multi-step approval processes to ensure timely and accurate assessments aligned with time and volume targets.
+ Ensure thorough documentation of decision rationale in accordance with established review standards to support integrity and repeatability of systematic reviews
+ Communicate with external money managers regularly.
+ Create and deliver presentations to internal audiences and oversight committees, and draft communications to fields investment professionals.
+ Contribute to the enhancement of Systematic Review processes, with a focus on leveraging advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and insight.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Retail Investment Research, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5+ years of investment and/or operational manager research experience

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Identifies and recommends investment managers in assigned sub-asset class or classes
+ Performs ongoing due diligence and monitoring of assigned investment managers
