**Role Purpose**
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investor relations (IR) program in close partnership with the Vice President, Investor Relations. This role focuses on managing effective communication channels with equity research analysts and investors, ensuring that all investor communications accurately reflect the company's strategy, performance, and initiatives. The Manager will work collaboratively across corporate and business functions to develop messaging and materials, deepen relationships with key current and prospective investors and analysts, and ensure that the shareholder base aligns with Corning's long-term strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and prioritize a list of current and potential investors for proactive outreach.

**Manages the quarterly earnings process for IR and interfaces proactively with other key GE Vernova functions (FP&A, Comms) during earnings.**
**Serves as the team process leader throughout the earnings process to develop earnings material (PR, Slides & Scripts) and to manage the earnings calendar through the 3-5 week process.**
**Coordinates data gathering, concurrences of messaging, discussions of results and outlooks with operating staff and their CFO's and sign-offs with Controller, BU CFO's / FP&A, Legal, Corp Communications and others.**
**Develops quarterly earnings materials for the CFO - including slides and script - and works with FP&A to develop recommendations for GEV's financial guidance.**
