The Investor Relations (IR) department is primarily responsible for communications and relationship management between the company and its investors and sell-side equity analysts. Key objectives for the group include: promoting fair valuation of the company's equity, organizing investor marketing and events, engaging with the investor base and providing insights to the company's leadership team. **What You Will Do:**
The Investor Relations Manager is a critical team member accountable for delivering investor insights, supporting the earnings process and managing the shareholder outreach process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Conducting financial analyses and reporting them to the Investor Relations team and executive management.
+ Leading market research and competitive analysis, to deliver market intelligence and insights on economic and regulatory developments.
+ Leading shareholder outreach campaigns during the Spring and Fall.
+ Monitoring investor feedback, sell-side research, financial metrics and industry trends to analyze the company's investment community perception.

**Role Purpose**
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investor relations (IR) program in close partnership with the Vice President, Investor Relations. GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

This high-visibility, high-impact Senior Manager role sits at the intersection of M&A and investor relations.   • Ensure client relation by conducting regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews.
