**Role Purpose**
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investor relations (IR) program in close partnership with the Vice President, Investor Relations. This role focuses on managing effective communication channels with equity research analysts and investors, ensuring that all investor communications accurately reflect the company's strategy, performance, and initiatives. The Manager will work collaboratively across corporate and business functions to develop messaging and materials, deepen relationships with key current and prospective investors and analysts, and ensure that the shareholder base aligns with Corning's long-term strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; CPA or proven knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.

+ Previous experience in Investor Relations or Wall Street background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support capital markets transactions, execution of new loan agreements, and amendments to existing debt facilities.

• Assist in preparing presentations and recommendations for senior management regarding debt issuance, refinancing opportunities, and market conditions.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with all reporting obligations, financial covenants, and requirements related to debt agreements and capital market transactions.

• Participate in ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and special projects as directed by finance leadership.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis on capital structure trends and competitors financing strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree or professional designations (CFA, CPA) are an asset.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts and strong interest in debt instruments, loan agreements, capital markets, and lease accounting.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

This role will assist with supporting, targeting, and messaging GE Vernova's results, strategy, growth opportunities and business initiatives in a way that provides clarity, consistency and supports widespread understanding among investors and analysts. **Manages the quarterly earnings process for IR and interfaces proactively with other key GE Vernova functions (FP&A, Comms) during earnings.**
**Serves as the team process leader throughout the earnings process to develop earnings material (PR, Slides & Scripts) and to manage the earnings calendar through the 3-5 week process.**

The starting base pay range for this position is $169,500.00 - $240,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus). **As the Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will:**
