IT Hardware Asset Management
+ End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets including Managing leased assets
+ Create / Update to asset records in the Asset Database accordingly throughout all stages of asset lifecycle
+ Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
+ Good knowledge and experience in all HAM Processes like IMACS and others.
+ Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant data in required forms to manage hardware asset inventory.
+ Utilize Data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access, MS Excel.
+ Perform data reconciliation among asset inventory and various other sources.
+ Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements.
+ Generate specific and ad-hoc operational reports.
+ Perform other Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned.
+ Provide input into improving HAM information reporting and metrics.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Attend regular calls/meetings with operational stakeholders.
Requirements:
+ Three or more years of experience in a similar role
+ Good knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards
+ Good verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
+ Detail oriented, customer and result delivery focused, good analytical skills.
Preference
+ Degree in a technical field
+ Three or more years of Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy preferred.
+ Any relevant Industry Certification would be given preference.
+ Three or more years of experience with discovery tools such as SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris etc.
+ Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams

This hybrid role combines asset management support with paralegal expertise to ensure smooth lease administration, legal compliance, and portfolio performance.
Position Overview:The Asset Management Paralegal will work closely with the Asset Management and Legal teams to oversee lease administration, contracts, compliance, and risk management for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both operational and legal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lease Administration & Legal Support
- Review, draft, and prepare lease agreements, amendments, assignments, and license agreements.
- Prepare summaries and reports for management on lease status, upcoming obligations, escalations, and tenant compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of critical dates such as renewal, termination, and option periods.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate to join our Asset Management team. You will be an integral member of the Asset Management team, responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio. This role involves deep financial analysis, proactive management of existing assets, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive value creation and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and dynamic financial models and cash flows in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assets to support operational decisions.
- Analyze and model net effective rents, cash flows, operating assumptions, and financial statements to enhance business plan execution for residential assets.
- Review and monitor governing documents, including partnership agreements, loan agreements, leases, or other legal documents.
- Provide asset management support including project level communication with GPs.
- Review due diligence documentation as part of transaction due diligence and transition process.
- Prepare Investment Committee memos as well as quarterly and annual reporting evaluating asset performance.
- Proactively monitor local markets trends and generate new reporting as necessary to contribute to strategy discussions based on current and emerging risks.
- Assist in the execution of project-level objectives to enhance NOI and increase asset value through operational improvements and strategic capital programming.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to optimize leasing, repositioning projects, and property management.
- Ensure organized and timely communication between internal and external providers (e.g., joint venture partners, brokers, vendors, tenants, and outside counsel) on an array of ad hoc projects.
- Review property-level financials, capital calls, and loan draws in conjunction with internal deal teams.
- Other projects as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related focus of study preferred.
- 4-5 years of institutional real estate or asset management experience required. Experience with CRE & multi-family assets preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities; ability to think critically and creatively.
