People Ready Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator in the Wyncote, PA area. Would need to be open to work overnight as required, 10-12 hr days and travel (short term) as needed. This is a possible Temp to Hire position for the right individual. As a Systems Engineer in the Coordination group you will manage/coordinate the review, analysis, and response to system level requirements and requirement changes to the Weapons System for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program, specifically Missile interfaces. In this roll you will be directly responsible for coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs), Management, Customers, DoD, and active Duty Military/Navy. The ability to effectively communicate technical information in written or verbal form to the customer and other members of the program is required, as is a strong attention to detail, being organized, and a commitment to excellence and ownership in the creation of your work products. A strong understanding of system level requirements and proper requirement verbiage is preferred, as you will be working with Engineers in all disciplines to ensure all parts of the Weapons System integrate to perform to the customer's expectations.

Director Care Coordination

The posted compensation range of $68.76 - $99.70/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The Director's responsibilities include the following:

  • Directs and manages areas including planning organizing and directs all activities staffing performance improvement in the delivery of clinical services (such as LOS reduction). Reports needs within the Medical Center and Dignity Health as well as government and regulatory reporting.
  • Guides Care Coordination activities according to the needs requirements and policies of the Medical Center the affiliated medical groups and health plans Dignity Health any Federal and State agencies and according to standard practices of the professions under the director's accountability.
  • Consults and collaborates with other managers physicians administration and community based healthcare workers regarding care management issues identified through corporate or facility initiatives and current literature.
  • Works closely with all departments at the medical center and the post-acute service providers to streamline the patient transition through the health care system and into the community post discharge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years progressive supervisory or management experience in a Case Management, Care Coordination or Utilization Management department in an acute care hospital.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • California RN license (if a nurse) or LCSW (if a Social Worker)

We prefer candidates with a Case Management national certification.
