**Position Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Directing, organizing defense industry best practices and security protection against cyber intrusion and vulnerabilities in customer network operations and approaches.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
+ A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of cybersecurity and/or Information Assurance (IA) experience.

Will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing transportation technologies, systems, and visibility platforms within 3M. **Responsibilities**
The External Relations Technology Director serves as a business partner to leaders and staff within the Department of Development's External Relations vertical to accelerate digital transformation of philanthropic marketing and communication functions to achieve shared business strategies. Partners closely with centralized Department of Development Technology Services team to build a blueprint and multiyear roadmap for a best-in-class, integrated External Relations technology ecosystem that aligns with department-wide and enterprise technology initiatives. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in technology, consulting, marketing, communications or a related field is required. Master's degree in business, technology, marketing or related field is preferred. Experience designing integrated technology solutions in a large, complex organization. Hands-on design and delivery experience with one or more major technology solution (Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Google, CMS's, digital asset platforms, etc.). Commitment to being an active listener who demonstrates a learning orientation and a consultative/coaching approach.
