We are in search of an Implementation Project Management Sr. Associate to join our Partner Project Management team. In this role you will get a little bit of everything, strategic and process work, and a mix of marketing, technology, customer service, and operations. The role is a balance of both relationship management as well as project management. There is never a dull moment! This team is at the center of delivering mid to large scale division wide projects that assist in bringing on new credit card and loan partnerships as well as enhancing services with existing partners.

Projects we have the opportunity to manage include: onboarding of new partners, technical enhancements / liaison to our technology team, process, procedure and efficiency improvements, partner specific program upgrades. About this Role:

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of mid to large scale strategic projects and programs through comprehensive coordination and project management. You will act as the primary liaison and project facilitator with internal stakeholders, external partners and all third-party relationships that are involved with the project. This role will also help to enhance the project management disciplines across the team.

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Lead, develop and deliver Partnership Marketing related projects on-time and on-budget. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders and team members with projects in any of the following business areas: Co-Brand Credit Cards (e.g. Retailers, Airlines, etc.), Financial Institutions Credit Cards, Private Label Cards, and Unsecured Loans
  • Launch new partner programs, products and desired functionality for our partners with ongoing coordination to drive innovation, mutual value, and partner satisfaction
  • Have a holistic view of the partner community and a deep understanding of the capabilities and solutions that will satisfy customers.
  • Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to ensure partners deliver quality results for the organization and our customers.
  • Offer ideas, suggestions, and impact analysis to the team's strategic plan to enhance our effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Project Management Certification and/or a minimum of two (2) years project management
  • Experience in marketing, operations, business development, technology or partnerships
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partners' organization.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, primarily onsite in Omaha home office 3+ days per week.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in project management tools, such as Smartsheet or Workfront

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. The Senior-Level BA will support our growing portfolio of projects by leading the delivery of critical technology solutions for our large capital improvement program clients. The job responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
+ Lead the implementation of eBuilder and other PMIS systems for large, multi-departmental organizations.
+ Working with senior leaders to establish implementation scope, schedule and budget
+ Delegating work activities to and managing the delivery of work products for supporting team members
+ Defining implementation requirements and configuration solutions
+ Managing scope, schedule and budget for the duration of the implementation
+ Work closely with dynamic stakeholder teams to define and document as-is business processes, critical performance metrics, and program/project control requirements
+ Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams of junior and mid-level business analysts, data analysts and software developers as well as key client stakeholders
+ Evaluate the systems and tools currently supporting program/project delivery and define requirements for enhancements
+ Use critical thinking, data analytics, and business analysis techniques to examine existing business processes and to make recommendations for improvement
+ Translate documented requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows and reporting metrics (workflows, data dictionaries, use cases, reports, dashboards)
+ Lead the discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases of software implementation
+ Lead the configuration of solutions to ensure documented requirements are met

**Qualifications**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management or related field + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Experience with Project Controls and Software Business Analysis
+ Experience leading commercial construction PMIS implementations of Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder)
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Position-Planisware Implementation - Project Portfolio Management

Location: Marlborough, MA

Duration: 6 months




Planisware Implementation and support Experience on versions V6E7Configuration of Planisware modules Project, Resource, Timecard, Finance, Portfolio, Reporting Dashboards Deliver migrations of existing legacy data solutions to Planisware Planisware Integrations with other enterprise applications and tools Setup data extracts from Planisware based on end user request.PL SQL, Java, and Web services Expertise in development involving Planisware objects like OPX2Scripts, Reports, Workflows, Macros, Cost Tables, Curves, Alerts, Locks, Formulas, Attributes, Web Services and other connectors.

Excellent communication skills required to handle Customer Communications and Reporting

1. Design and implement solutions for Planisware

2. Comprehend business strategies and requirements develop necessary designs plans

3. Understand client problems and requirements to implement the information when creating solution plans

4. Create documents for system administration, operations, and maintenance

5. Managing Planisware Instance Administration

6. Drive best practices and process improvements

7. Collaborate with project managers and other towers to ensure proper monitoring

8. Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry

9. Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested


Expertise in development involving Planisware objects like OPX2Scripts, Reports, Workflows, Macros, Cost Tables, Curves, Alerts, Locks, Formulas, Attributes, Web Services and other connectors.
