We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Technical Integration Manager to lead our Systems Engineering and Mission Integration teams on behalf of Barrios across a diversified aerospace portfolio. As a well-established company with a strong foothold in the government sector, we are now expanding into commercial aerospace and broader defense markets. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation and strategic direction for current and future programs.


The ideal candidate combines engineering and integration expertise with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for building internal engineering capabilities and supporting the expansion of the company's business portfolio through technical influence and innovation.

Responsibilities

The Technical Integration Manager will:

    Manage a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers responsible for the full product lifecycle: concept development, architecture definition, requirements management, integration, verification, and validation
  • Oversee and coordinate a team comprising mission requirement engineers, resource managers, and science/mission operations personnel to ensure seamless alignment and execution of mission objectives
  • Develop and lead initiatives to institutionalize best practices across government, commercial, and defense lines of business
  • Standardize processes, tools, and workflows to improve productivity and ensure consistency across programs
  • Coach and mentor team members, and lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent
  • Serve as a key voice in shaping the organization as it evolves to meet the demands of a more diversified portfolio
  • Partner with business development, capture, and program teams to define technically sound, competitive solutions for both government and commercial opportunities
  • Identify emerging technologies and process innovations to position the company for success in new and adjacent markets
  • Help shape and prioritize investments to enable efficient scaling as the company expands into new sectors
Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and interface with executive stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors
  • Progressive leadership roles & responsibilities demonstrated through experience base
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and target clear and concise message to the appropriate audience

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Experience supporting the transition from government-focused engineering to dual-use (government + commercial) product lines
  • INCOSE CSEP, PMP, or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with Agile systems engineering and model-based approaches
  • Prior involvement in new product introduction (NPI) or entry into new markets (e.g., commercial launch systems, ISR platforms, unmanned systems)

Owens & Minor is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. This senior-level position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
Aspects of what we need
**Architecture Design** **:**
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Salesforce architecture
+ Design and document Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architectures, security models, and deployment strategies
+ Ensure that the proposed architecture adheres to best practices, industry standards, and Salesforce guidelines
+ Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams on architectural decisions
+ Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
**Solution Implementation:**
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team during the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

**Technical Governance:**
+ Establish and maintain technical governance processes, standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment

+ Provide guidance and training to the development team on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies
**Performance Monitoring and Optimization:**
+ Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, including data storage, queries, and batch processes
+ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, implement caching strategies, and optimize data retrieval and processing
+ Conduct regular health checks and audits to ensure the stability and efficiency of the Salesforce environment
**Project Management:**
+ Collaborate with project managers to estimate project timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks
+ Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
+ Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
+ Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred, such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect
+ Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, and Platform Developer tools
+ Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development technologies
+ Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
+ Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data security principles
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
+ Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams

**Please Note** : This is a hybrid role supporting projects in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Occasional office visits, regular travel to client sites and occasional overnight travel will be required. **Responsibilities**
+ Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule for all sites involved in the project
+ Handle all documentation from meetings, projects, schedules, data requests and assignments
+ Perform training to internal and external customers on operation, theory, and troubleshooting of the AMR/AMI system
+ Provide technical product support and troubleshoot as needed with utility field technicians, customers and vendors
+ Promote and coordinate all meter testing and replacement programs
+ Review, analyze, and provide solutions to meter installation data before installation and invoicing
+ Review and provide answers related to scope of work to an RFP/RFQ
+ Monitors project punch list items and acquires signoff of project
+ Administers communications to team on progress of AMR/AMI projects
+ Coordinate, schedule and attend project meetings in person or via conference call
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
+ Experience on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of service processes, policies, techniques and applicable regulations required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
+ Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems
+ Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups
