About The Role:

A highly skilled and client-focused Technical Integration Manager to help government agencies modernize their digital payments experience. This role will integrate PayIt's next-generation platform with our agency partner systems. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, client engagement experience, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system integrations and excellent customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Integration & Consultation: Work directly with government agencies and other clients to understand their existing systems and define integration requirements.
  • Technical Implementation: Design, develop, and implement integrations using MuleSoft, SQL, APIs, and other middleware tools to connect legacy systems with our payments platform.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems by designing effective data mappings and transformations.
  • API Development & Management: Build and manage APIs to facilitate secure and scalable integrations between client systems and our platform.
  • System Performance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the technical liaison between clients, internal development teams, and product managers to ensure successful deployment.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop integration guides, and technical documentation, and provide training to client IT teams to ensure ongoing system efficiency.
What You'll Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in system integration, APIs, and data transformation.

  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and database integration.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system connectivity.

About The Role:

A highly skilled and client-focused Technical Integration Manager to help government agencies modernize their digital payments experience. This role will integrate PayIt's next-generation platform with our agency partner systems. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, client engagement experience, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system integrations and excellent customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Integration & Consultation: Work directly with government agencies and other clients to understand their existing systems and define integration requirements.
  • Technical Implementation: Design, develop, and implement integrations using MuleSoft, SQL, APIs, and other middleware tools to connect legacy systems with our payments platform.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems by designing effective data mappings and transformations.
  • API Development & Management: Build and manage APIs to facilitate secure and scalable integrations between client systems and our platform.
  • System Performance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the technical liaison between clients, internal development teams, and product managers to ensure successful deployment.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop integration guides, and technical documentation, and provide training to client IT teams to ensure ongoing system efficiency.
What You'll Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in system integration, APIs, and data transformation.
  • Expertise in MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Apigee).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and database integration.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system connectivity.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including government IT teams, internal developers, and project managers, to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Knowledge of government systems, payment processing, or financial technology is a plus.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and API security best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Ability to work in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Annual Salary Range:

$80,000-$100,000 USD
