**Your Role:**
As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards

**Your Skills and Experience:**

**Resident Care**
+ Review, read, notate, and initial Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
+ Participate in the development of the ISPs and monthly updates.

+ Observe, report, and document symptoms and conditions of residents for changes in condition such as skin, behavior, alertness, weight, diet, and participation in activities.

+ Inform supervisor of any resident changes in condition.

+ Greet guests, family members, residents, and team members.
+ Answer, direct and/or respond to phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
+ Assist with continence management and dispose of all continence products properly to ensure sanitation of resident suite and community restrooms using standard care procedures.
+ Communicate with families and is a resource as needed.
+ Help residents maintain independence and physical safety and promote dignity of each resident adhering to the standards of Resident Rights and Sunrise Principles of Service.
+ Participate/lead and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and Invite, Encourage, and Assist (IEA) residents to participate in activities as indicated on the ISP.

+ Practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
+ Report all accidents/incidents immediately.
+ Reports all unsafe and hazardous conditions/equipment immediately.
+ Ensure any cords, carts, equipment, and other hazards are always kept out of the way, not blocking exits, and in compliance with fire codes.
+ Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of, and the possibility of exposure to, blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials.
+ Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, sharp sticks, and hazardous chemicals immediately.
+ Ensure oxygen tanks are stored safely, exchanged when empty and monitored to make sure liters of oxygen are at prescribed levels.
**Housekeeping and Laundry Services**

+ Maintains compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

Our Pharma CDMO Partner is focused on preclinical development through to commercial manufacturing for biologics, advanced therapies, and vaccines. They provide start-to- finish solutions for drug development and manufacturing. There are multiple CAPEX projects on the books as the company is growing.
QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
- Mid Level Project Manager Experience Required: Must have 5- 10 years of either Construction/CAPEX experience AND/OR Pharma GMP experience. Need to have strong exposure/experience in one of the two spaces with some experience in the other as well.
- Must have an engineering background - Must be able to jump in and help with execution of work.
- Must be Able to: escort the vendors who perform the work, assist with weekly meetings, and other project management related tasks.
- Strong Written & Verbal Communications – Individual will be guiding a small team of engineers on various CAPEX projects and writing capital expenditure funding requests and developing and maintaining schedules.
NICE TO HAVES
- Some familiarity in a Pharma GMP space
- Some Familiarity in Capital Project and/or construction space
- Ability to lead a small team of 2 people.
- Flexibility to jump from one project to another over the course of the assignment

What you will do
Wash, polish, and store dishes
Help with prep as needed

1+ year restaurant experience ideally

Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
