This role is for a Subcontract Management Senior buying from the F-35 Principle Teammate, Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. This position will be responsible for overall cost, schedule, technical and quality performance for Northrop Grumman in their role as a subcontracted principle teammate across the (F-35) Sustainment, Production & Development Lines of Business. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the following areas but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.

**About the Role:**

**Job Description:**
**_About the Role:_**
TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead ingredient category strategies and supplier relationships. Based in Oak Brook, IL, this role supports both commodity and functional ingredients, driving value through strategic sourcing, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration.
**_You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
· Develop and implement category and service-level strategies with clear, actionable roadmaps.
· Provide regular market updates to the Procurement Leadership Team.
· Manage ingredient categories, including both commodity-based and functional ingredients.
· Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic sourcing opportunities.
· Share expertise in category management, risk mitigation (pricing and supply), and negotiation.
· Oversee supplier relationships, including KPIs, quarterly reviews, pricing, and contract negotiations.
· Lead financial forecasting for assigned categories, track performance against annual operating plan.
· Stay informed on sourcing technologies and contracting best practices.
· Monitor market trends impacting category spend; communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
· Align category strategies with internal stakeholders across functions.
· Provide data-driven purchasing recommendations (price, timing, quantities).
· Collaborate with Continuous Improvement, operations, and suppliers to identify and implement value-driving initiatives.
· Conduct spend analysis and execute long-term strategies to generate productivity.
· Assist with annual budget development.
· Resolve supplier disputes and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
· Ensure supplier agreement and adherence to material specifications.
**_Important Details:_**
· This is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift. Approximately 10% travel is required.
· The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $ 95,000 to $142,600 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. **About the Role:**
As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of employees responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services. You will also assist a client or department with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Work with business stakeholders, operational shared services team members, and sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local and regional levels.
+ Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
+ Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.
+ Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance.
+ Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them.
+ Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation.
+ Assist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
