Job DescriptionAbout the role
We are currently seeking IT Interns that will be based out of our global headquarters in Perrysburg, OH during the Summer 2026 Semester. As an intern at O-I, you will be offered challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program, with access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking and social activities.
As an ITDP Intern, you will apply your skills in a dynamic team environment, while developing a broad understanding of our IT organization, its internal processes and the applications we support. You can expect to support one or more integral projects that will contribute to O-I’s success and shape our future. Throughout your experience, you will acquire and develop skills that supplement your academic work and prepare you for a potential full-time role in O-I’s ITDP. Selected projects may support the SAP implementation, architecture teams, applications development and/or infrastructure, depending on your interests and our needs.
We’ll provide you with a mentor, detailed performance feedback, and the opportunity to work on a team project as well as an individual project. Assuming your successful and interested, it’s likely that we’ll want to provide you with additional internship opportunities.

The Technical Service Support Manager for Hearth and Garage Doors offers support to both internal and external installers responsible for the installation and repair of heating and garage door systems. This role involves regular collaboration with installers and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction while effectively meeting departmental goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities may include:
- Provide technical support to installers, dealers, and contractors to resolve issues and conduct reliability investigations.
- Monitoring for Quality Issues, Job Site Visits, validate product installations against installation orders (I/O).
- Validation of product installations to the I/O, assessment of clarity of I/O, feedback to Corporate on field or building code application changes
- Gather feedback on field or building code application changes and communicate effectively with corporate.
- Managing Scheduling Manage the scheduling of installers and subcontractor installations and services
- Responsible for high quality, cost-efficient and on-time service operation (internal and external subcontractor)
- Field Communication Ensure the availability and quality of communications with our customers
- Inventory Management, cycle counting of inventory.
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

- Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
- Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision

- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and technical acumen
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Manager in EY's Managed Services practice, you will lead the delivery and transformation of large-scale Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) engagements. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual commitments and EY's quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in IT service management, outsourcing governance, and digital transformation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for ITO clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of managed IT services, including infrastructure, applications, and service desk operations.
+ Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Strategic Planning & Transformation**
+ Drive innovation and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery.
+ Collaborate with clients to align IT services with business objectives and digital strategies.
**Team & Stakeholder Management**

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
+ 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, or IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
+ Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-tower ITO engagements.
+ Strong understanding of ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $151,500 to $46,000.
