• Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks.
• Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Support all required audits, inspections, and reporting processes.

6. Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with AVCOE leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Provide weekly, monthly, or ad hoc program status reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and corrective actions.

7. Project and Change Management

• Lead IT-related projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and integration with ongoing operations.
• Support change management initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.

8. Continuity of Operations (COOP) Readiness

• Develop, maintain, and test COOP plans in coordination with Government stakeholders to ensure mission resilience during disruptions.

The Senior Program Manager - Information Technology will lead strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of technology and enterprise programs. Establish and enforce PMO standards to ensure robust delivery, manage risks, and optimize resources. The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
